About this space
Modern and comfortable NEW apartment, located in the most exclusive sector of Guatemala City. It is located in a body of the apartment with a spectacular view of the mountains and a beautiful residential residential with mansions.
The apartment has Balcon and an outdoor table where you can enjoy the fresh air.
the location is extremely privileged being right next door to Paseo Cayala and just an 8-minute walk from the American Embassy.

The space
This amazing apartment is fully equipped with a very modern taste and using extremely comfortable materials to make your stay exceptional.
The room has a super comfortable queen size bed, as well as 50 "SMART TV, a desk with a chair to be able to perform Home Office and in case there was little access to the balcony with floor to ceiling window. We also have Blackouts for the room and that you can sleep more comfortably.
The Sala is equipped with a very well padded Linos sofa as well as a rotating armchair, where you can enjoy entertainment on the 50-inch television.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large side by side door reigerator, ceramic electric iron stove type stove and four burners, microwave, coffee maker,kettle and enough space and use them to prepare your food.
The shower is a Rain shower with a very comfortable glass cabin design, which has direct access to the Closet, which is extremely spacious and perfect for storing your luggage. There is also a sanitary service which can be accessed by the closet or the kitchen.
this is one of the few apartments that has a very private location with beautiful view on the high floor and in case it was not a balcony with access from the living room or room.
the building's amenities are several such as pool, crossfit gym, terraces, wine cellar, underground bar, SAUNA, Cowroking area.
