Very clean 2 Bed, 2.5 Bath bi-level apartment in the Vinings area. Less than 3 miles from the Braves stadium(Truist Park) and The Battery Atlanta. Less than 13 miles from downtown , less than 16 miles from Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and less than 12 miles from State Farm Arena. If you're looking for a home away from home, or a place for a group of friends with no hassle entry or exit. This is the place! It's a Great Value for the location and size. So, GO AHEAD AND BOOK NOW!

First Floor-Open living room and dining room area. Enough room for you and your guest(s) to easily maneuver around. Television in the living room has basic cable and access to streaming apps. One-half bathroom located on the first floor. A nice cozy, comfy secondary sitting area off from the kitchen. This area has a futon couch that lets out into a bed for an extra guest. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and ice maker.
Second Floor-Two spacious bedrooms with one comfy King, and one comfy Queen, and 2 full baths located on the bottom floor . The Queen bedroom has it's own private full bathroom. The second full bathroom is located next to the King bedroom. Each bedroom has a television with access to streaming apps and/or basic cable. Plenty of closet and storage space. Home is thoroughly cleaned after each stay. Speak with the host about utilization of the gym, pool, and laundry area on the grounds. Utilize the guidebook that lists several restaurants, bars, nightlife entertainment, and attractions that are less than 25 minutes away.
You will have access to the entire place. There are enough parking spaces for you and your guests.

Please smoke outside, and keep the noise to a minimum during the late hours.

Nice townhome

Clean, nice townhome that's close to the Battery and Truist Park. Plenty of towels for our stay. We couldn't locate linens for the futon so we borrowed blankets from the bedrooms. After the first night, I realized the futon was not suitable as a bed and chose to turn the living room couch into a makeshift bed for the second night. This townhome is great if only using the two beds, but the futon should not be considered a functional sleeper. Lastly, the check-in information and owner communication was great!

Great location!

This property totally fit our vacation! We were in Atlanta to visit family and to watch the Braves! The property is close enough to Uber or drive to the games. The two full bathrooms were really nice to have. Having water bottles in the fridge was a nice to touch!
