Roaches and poor communication

We arrived on 9/30 and about 30 minutes before arrived I realized we had no door code even though we had an email from VRBO saying here are the keys to your rental. I reached out on the app & called with no response. We arrived at the rental and there was a phone number listed for being locked out etc. I called and was told they couldn't help I had to reach out to the owners. I called again and about an hour after my original call I get a message on VRBO with the door code. The next morning I get a message that they had sent the arrival info out July 5th. (We hadn't made a final payment at that point & it was ssnt from a completely seperate email not saying anything about VRBO or the rental so it showed up in spam.) The first night the bathroom with 2 sinks has 20-30 dead little roaches in the tub and all over the floor. Which clearly shows the house hasn't been properly cleaned. When i contacted the owners the only response was we can send pest control. We happened to come back to the house when the pest control was there and his exact words were "with this many they have been there for awhile and should have been seen during a walk through". I had to clean the entire house as clearly it wasn't cleaned ahead of time. There was also only one partial roll of cheap toilet paper per bathroom, for a 4 bath 5 bedhouse that is crazy. The outlets in the bathrooms aren't gfci.
