The farm home does not sit far off of Heritage Highway 89, it is convenient and accessible to travelers. There are a few other homes visible from The Homeplace. Our dear neighbors are friendly and will offer you a wealth of knowledge about the home and area if you wish. Take a few minutes to talk to Grandpa Roger next door (he also tends the garden at The Homeplace) and you won't regret it, he grew up in The Homeplace!

Two king bedrooms make this home ideal for adult couples seeking solace. With four beds total and two full bathrooms, families can enjoy the space as well. Three acres of pasture, gardens, and mature orchards provide privacy and beauty for a true "country-feel."
Orderville is five miles south where you will find a grocery and hardware store, propane, wood, gas station, and two nice restaurant choices. There is a nice pizza place, Sammy's Chuckwagon. Soup Town Cafe is also a favorite and serves delicious homemade soups and sandwiches, oh . . . and pie and ice cream!
