Kick back and relax in this comfortable and stylish space. Beautifully updated, this cottage is the perfect spot for your next vacation. Home is well appointed and features all you could need for your summer get away. The house sleeps six comfortably. There are mini splits to keep cool when your not relaxing from at the beach and a spacious back yard for your cookouts. The property is tucked away on a quiet side street yet close to all the Upper cape has to offer.

The property has recently been renovated and is new to the rental market. This well appointed home is sure to provide all the amenities needed for a relaxing and luxurious stay. The house has a spacious living room with ample seating. The couch opens up to a full sized pull out bed. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has bunkbeds. All linens are included in the rental. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Access the patio from the kitchen door where you will find the gas grill and outdoor seating for six.

Great location

We loved staying at this property. It is recently refurbished and is very comfortable and clean. It’s well furnished and the kitchen is very functional. We have family in Pocasset, so it’s the perfect location for us. Its close to all points of interest in the Cape.

Lovely Weekend Getaway at the Cape

Our family had a wonderful at this adorable little home. Our 3 year was in love with his bunk bed. We were perfectly located to nice restaurants and local beaches. We had everything we needed for a quiet weekend getaway!

Wedding

We attended a wedding at SeaCrest Resort and decided to have the comforts of home by renting. The property was a great location. The house although small, was very clean and undated nicely. The owner should provide sheets for the pull put couch (maybe we just didnt find them).

Great place

A beautiful little place, short drive to beach. We were only here for 2 nights, wish we could have stayed longer. Many places require full week stay, so I appreciated that. Very clean and quiet. My only complaint is that there were only 3 bath towels which ended up being fine. However, we were supposed to be there with a 2nd couple that had to cancel last minute so there would not have been enough. Also, a few kitchen towels and a sponge or something would be helpful for dishes.

Oasis de paix

Nous avons apprécié cet endroit très paisible et récemment rénové qui nous a réellement permis de nous reposer tout en profitant des environs pour nous amuser (mini golf, plage, resto). L'endroit est très propre, tout équipé et situé dans un quartier très tranquille.
