Fabulous setting for our 3 generation gathering! Host responded immediately to any questions. Lovely property and nice neighborhood. Easy access to ABQ activities. Highly recommended!

Great home for all of our extended family for a long wedding weekend in ABQ. Home was clean, well stocked and pool was perfect for the kids.

Plenty of beds! Pool is actually much bigger than in the pictures. Our party of 19 had a fantastic time for a weekend. Plenty of pool towels and toys avaliable.

We had such a lovely stay at this house! The entire house was immaculately clean, the pool was sparkling and clean as well. The house is huge, so much space for everyone; it felt like the rooms and beds just kept going and going. There were plenty of towels, as well as everything we needed in the kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which was the main reason for booking this house. I could see how with an even more extended stay, or with even more people than in our group, it would be such a fun place for all day and evening hang outs, what with the pool table and game room and all the space. We spent so much time out in the pool, and then were so tired we spent the evenings resting and watching tv as a family, which was honestly just what we all needed. I would love to stay here again, as would my family.

This is a WONDERFUL Property! It fit our multi-generational Family Reunion perfectly! From the pool table, fooseball table, and table games inside to the pool, hot tub and putting green outside this was a perfect place for our retreat. Oh, and did I forget to mention ping pong, corn hole and fire pit. It was an amazing time for my family. And the bedroom spaces were split up very nicely to accommodate everyone from a one year old to the 68 year old!

Team House for tournament

Great house in close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and most importantly the hockey rink. Plenty of beds and entertainment options at the house.

Home with a pool

The house fit us perfectly! Family from Seattle, Denver, Minneapolis, and Silver city were able to get together. Plenty of room and the pool was awesome.

Good place for a Group of friends

We were a group of 8 friends so having lots of bedrooms was a huge selling point. The house met our needs. The house was clean, well stocked with kitchen and bathroom stuff and towels. We enjoyed the swimming pool but never had time for the hot tub. The manager was very responsive to my email questions. The neighborhood is nice, quiet , safe and convenient to the places we wanted to go. We would rent it again.

Beware if booking this property during the summer. The listing states AC as an amenity and essential but does not disclose that it is an evaporative cooler which is totally ineffective in extreme temps and/or humidity. The temp inside the home during our stay was 75-80 which was miserable. Apart from the comfort, we have a daughter with CIRS - an autoimmune condition aggravated by mold/mildew which is a given with evaporative cooling that uses circulating water to keep the unit and pads continually wet. She had to leave the property for significant amounts of time to alleviate her symptoms - not great for a family vacation. Host only advised there were fans in the house we could use and never checked the unit. We also had a blood stained blanket, a dead snake in the garage, broken lawn furniture, evidence of mold in the home, insufficient cleaning supplies and a general lack of concern by both the host and VRBO despite initially assuring us they would provide an emergency relocation...they delayed this by conveniently delaying their determination until the last day of our stay denying a refund that we never asked for since we were supposed to be relocated. Strange that their communication was prompt when asking for a 5-star review despite the reported and unresolved issues.

I highly encourage all future guests to read our other reviews, as Jeri's review does not represent how we take care of our guests. Our home does utilize Evaporative Coolers which are extremely common in the Southwest and do adequately cool the home. The other items Jeri mentioned in her review were false, and we confirmed this with photos before and after taken by our cleaners who meticulously clean the home after each stay. There were no stains, mold, snakes, or any broken furniture. The VRBO platform believes Jeri charged back against her credit card in an attempt to get a free stay. We are actively reviewing removal of this guest off the platform.

Our family of 18 had a great reunion here. The home is very large and can comfortably sleep 19 people, 22 if the couches are used (probably need hosts’ permission for couches, though). We used the heated pool mid-February along with the hot tub. The backyard also has a putting green, corn hole and some other game. Inside games include foosball, darts, video games, pool table and board games. Our adult children had a blast with all the games. The big TV was easy to use and there’s a second one in the game room. There’s a good laundry room. The kitchen works well and has all the utensils, plates and so forth. Plenty of linens, soaps, toilet paper. All the beds were comfortable. 3 full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was very useful for the large group. Things to consider: For large groups, you can park 2 cars in the garage and about 8 cars in the 2 driveways - but none on the street. Be careful when backing out of the garage - there’s a phone line box nearby. Other considerations - all the main beds and baths are upstairs. 2 of the beds are downstairs. If you had someone elderly or who couldn’t use stairs, they’d need the little bed in a small room downstairs, or the pullout in the game room. Also, the downstairs is multi-level (by one step), a consideration for someone with mobility issues. The house is located in the far NE Heights and close to many grocery stores and some parks. Easy access down to I-25. Quiet, safe, upscale neighborhood (cul-de-sac).

The house fit perfectly to our needs. It was very clean, spacious, updated, very good equipped kitchen, and with enough parking space. Kids loved the very good size swimming pool. Very good location, close to grocery stores and parks. The host was very helpful.
