Pleasant stay

The location is ideal, close to everything, the house was very clean, could use some main area floor repairs, refreshed bed linens & bath towels. I couldn’t sit out by the pool without getting bite. If i owned the home I’d have to enclose the rear/pool with a lanai. Overall, it was fine.

Relaxing and within easy reach of great beaches and restaraunts

We had such a nice relaxing time in this home. My 12 and 11 year old grand daughters loved the bunk beds!

First family trip to Gulf Side of Florida!

Enjoyed a wonderful spring break vacation in Bradenton near AMI. House was super comfortable and gave us room to spread out and have individual bedrooms. Great proximity to grocery store and AMI - where we went daily. Loved the on site laundry - able to come home with clean clothes and keep up on sandy beach clothes! Easy communication with property manager. Didn’t get to utilize the pool because we were at the beach during the hot parts of the day. Added bonus of pool table kept our kids entertained and off electronics!

Birthday Vacation

Easy access to the property. Very clean and a wonderful pool. Plenty of space and the neighborhood is very quiet. Everything you need as far as groceries or restaurants very close. Also you’re only about a 10-15 drive from some beautiful beaches.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Stayed in the property for our first vacation in Florida. Kids loved the pool and pool table! The neighborhood is wonderful, not crowded like other parts of Florida. Just a short drive to Anna Marie Island and everything you could possibly need is close by! Jeff was very responsive when contacted. We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying here again!

Amazing for our boys!

We have 7 and 12 yo boys and they were not bored, even without their devices! Between the pool, the basket ball and arcade games in the garage and a pool table- we had a great family getaway. We will be back for sure!

Overall good

I want to give 5 stars and would still recommend, but there were a few reasons I can’t. Overall, our family enjoyed our stay here - house layout was great, fun place for kids, and easy drive to beaches. The house had a water leak outside of anyone’s control; but this did interfere with our ability to use the house to its full potential. While there was quick action to repair people showed up without communication to expect people on the property for repair or routine pool maintenance.

Worse house on the block

Arrived in the dark to no grass, green fence and in need of a power washing. When you opened the door you found the flooring coming up. You could not sit at the nice island because the chairs were the wrong height. The coffee maker, some outlets and the washing machine did not work. The pressure in the master bathroom shower was awful and the water never got HOT. The house had bare minimum, 3 water glasses 1 kitchen towel, 3 usable beach towels, 4 usable bath towels, no beach chairs, no lounge cushions and only 4 chairs at outside table. We were asked to give up 3 days waiting to have a workable washer, 1 Sunday when they finally had the landscape cleaned and 1 day when a real estate brokers showed the house to prospective buyers. At one point the management company told me he did not like my attitude and said if I was not happy I could leave!!!! If your want to give up half your vacation, take abuse from management, hope you don’t trip and fall on flooring then by all means rent this property.
