About this space
The best of everything you need to relax and enjoy the spectacular Florida Keys. The home is wonderfully situated on the bayside near restaurants, grocery stores, and great entertainment spots.
Newly remodeled two bedroom, two bathroom, open concept, light and breezy. Private dock on canal with wrap around decks for swinging, sunning and relaxing. Large tiki outback with large barbq by the water for outdoor dinning.
Private beach, fishing pier and boat ramps in community.
The space
The outside decks provide many areas for you to relax in the morning with your coffee or tea or later in the day with your refreshment of choice. The home has updated appliances including washer and dryer. Central a/c, heat and ceiling fans throughout. Wine fridge under the counter. The home is beautifully decorated in typical Florida Keys style.
Guest access
You will have access to the home and outside decks, bbq, fish washing station, boat dock, tiki and outside utility shed with refrigerator.
Other things to note
There are steps on the decks to access the home and exit the home. Additional steps down to bbq and outside Tiki Bar and boat dock.
