Great property in a cute neighborhood, and great location. The Host Elaine was a doll, supplying all the little touches for a family with babies. I very highly recommend this host and house.

We've stayed at this VRBO several times, so whenever we’re in the area visiting family, it continues to be our first choice. The location is excellent - close to the city with easy access to public transportation. The home is always spotless, and well maintained, with everything we need for a relaxing stay, including a backyard and a garage for your car. The host is wonderful—friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about making guests feel welcome. It's one of those places that feels like a home away from home, which is why we keep coming back. We highly recommend it and look forward to staying here again on our next visit!

We loved our stay! It was perfect for our family of 5! The neighborhood was quiet and only a 30 minute drive into the city. The house was neat and clean and had all the items needed to make us feel at home! The only thing that didn’t work for us was parking in the detached garage, it was too short for our large SUV, but we were able to find parking out front on the street. Also, being from Texas, we were also wonderfully surprised by an authentic Mexican restaurant nearby! We highly recommend a meal at El Rey Restaurant and Bar! Enjoy!

We had a little trouble with the door code not working when we arrived, but right next door is the property manager and she immediately came over to see what was going on. When it still wouldn’t work they called Elaine who immediately answered and gave us a new code to use which worked great. The house was clean and we were very comfortable over our 5 day stay. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. It was a terrific location for anything we wanted to do downtown and only 10 minutes from the family we were visiting in Oak Park. We were very impressed with the supplies offered, with plenty of bath towels and supplies for the kitchen including a Keurig or regular coffee maker. It was great to have a garage rather than having to park on the street. We’ll definitely keep this gem on our list for the next time we head to Chicago!

Great place to stay!

Everyone in my group was really impressed by this rental, and we all agreed it was one of the best ones we’ve stayed at. Very clean, clear directions for everything, good communication, and lots of little accommodations/creature comforts that made it feel very homey. Would definitely stay again!

Om värden

My husband and I are almost empty nesters and have traveled extensively around the U.S. and Europe. The ability and freedom to rent spaces that make us feel independent and free always make the trips more appealing! What better way to enjoy a beautiful new location with the peace of mind that we stay in a place with all our home's amenities? Because of our experiences with home-away rentals, we recently purchased a property that would provide our guests with the same safe and security we have experienced. We want others to feel that they can relax and enjoy the solitude of a home when they return from their daily excursions. There is no place like home; we hope ours gives you that warm, comfortable feeling!
