The nearby Brazos River provides opportunities for outdoor recreation, and Cameron Park is a popular spot for picnicking and hiking. Waco is a city where it is best to have a car but UBER is available. If you would like to stay in you can order door dash or 1 block away is an iconic pizza joint called shorties. Walk over and take a pizza to go or grab a slice with the locals.

1. NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT OR IN THE BUILDING. This is per the owner of the building and if caught, you may be subject to a fine of $500.

Wonderful place to stay in Waco!

We loved our stay at The Pear! It was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It’s located close to downtown Waco and Baylor University, both convenient places for us. We loved the cute decor and modern upgrades and there was plenty of parking in the rear. The owners were great - easy to work with and excellent communication. We will definitely stay here again if we return!
