Denna 4 000 kvadratmeter, professionellt inredda hem har två matsalar, två stora underhållningsrum, alla med 55 "platt-TV, ett kök sittplatser, stort öppet kök och 4 badrum. Helt nya, avancerade möbler fyller huset så att du kan njuta av komfort och lyx. Stor solvärme uppvärmd och avskärmad i poolen är inställd på 82 grader av komfort. Njut av att simma och slappa runt denna magnifika pool som är fullt möblerad för din matsal och solnedgången.

Det stora köket har nya avancerade apparater som ett stort kylskåp med ismaskin, platta spis, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, gott om små slutapparater, nya köksredskap och nya köksredskap. Öppet kök har utsikt över Master Dining-området, den informella matplatsen och sittplatsen för frukost.

På marken har det stora sovrummet en ny king size-säng, TV, stor klädkammare, avancerade möbler och ett masterbad med två handfat, ovala badkar och separat dusch. Njut också av din privata tillgång till trädgården poolen.

På baksidan av vårt hem hittar du en privat, skärmad och uppvärmd stor pool som är professionellt anlagd till ett palmträdtema. Grill och gott om möbler för lounge / pool ger den perfekta grillfesten. Resten av den privata trädgården rinner in i ett skogsområde med W. Orange Bike Trail och Trout Lake ligger bara några steg bort.

Rum på andra våningen är rymliga med gott om garderobsutrymme, extra kuddar, takfläktar, väckarklockor, avancerade möbler, drottning och två enkelsängar och fönsterbehandlingar. Två kompletta badrum på övervåningen är kaklade, mycket rena och har hårtorkar.

Det andra nöjesområdet finns på övervåningen något isolerat från resten av huset. Där hittar du två stora soffor med drottningssofa, 55 'HDTV, Netflix-streamingfilmer, Huluplus, Roku-videospel och fotboll.

Perfect family house

Clean house with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. Lots of helpful touches for an easy stay. The highlight is the proximity to an excellent beach, with great views from the living room/kitchen/porch and the sand just steps away. Worked very well for an intergenerational family gathering that included young children and grandparents who are "not beach people." The owner was friendly and responsive. We would definitely come back.

Wonderfully quiet Island

If you are interested in having your own quiet piece of beach, this is the house for you. It comfortably accommodated our group of 11. The home was stocked with everything you could possibly need and was kept incredibly clean. I would confidently recommend this home to family and friends.

Nicest Home on North Topsail!

Sea Glass is hands down the nicest property we've ever stayed at on North Topsail Island in the past 10 years! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by breathtaking ocean views from every angle of the house. The interior was beautifully decorated with a coastal theme, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable bedrooms with included linens. We especially loved the spacious deck and gazebo overlooking the beach, where we enjoyed watching sunsets daily. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach for walks, playing, and beachcombing. The property owner was friendly and very responsive, ensuring our stay was seamless. Overall, Sea Glass provided us with an unforgettable beach vacation experience. We can't wait to return and make more wonderful memories at this stunning beach house!

Great Family Trip

We had a wonderful time at this property - family from Colorado, Baltimore, Nashville, and Cincinnati area gathered for a week of reconnecting and enjoying the Orlando area. The house and pool were great - we prepared several meals there and it was a pretty easy drive to several attractions - including both airports. We also loved historic Ocoee, including DG Doughnuts, the Book Rack and the snow cone place. Access to the trail behind the house was a big plus too. Erik was very responsive and willing to answer all my questions leading up to our visit. We highly recommend it!

Family Vacation

We chose this house because it had plenty of room/beds for our families. The location wasn’t horrible. We had to drive 20-30 minutes to the theme parks or other touristy attractions. Which isn’t horrible. The house overall was a little warm. We’re used to keeping our houses much cooler than 73 that the thermostat was locked on. Making it a little difficult for both families to get a good nights sleep, but we managed to stay a little cooler with all of the fans that were provided. Erik was great at communicating. He kept me updated throughout our trip when people would be doing repairs on the home. Two very minor issues the ice maker was broken on our trip, no big deal we bought ice, and one of the toilets upstairs kept getting clogged. Overall the minor issues are manageable, and the fact that the house had everything that we needed made it that much better. The pool was great, we swam everyday. There was plenty of space for all of the kids to spread out which was nice. No fighting!

Perfect!

We were very very happy with everything. We satay in rentals a couple times a year and this is exactly as described. The kitchen is well stocked, even pool towels, clean, plenty or room. This is in a nice neighborhood. Convenient to Publix Walmart and Disney! We already booked for next year!

Great house for our family trip

We were a group of 5 kids and 11 adults, multiple families. House was spacious so we all felt like we had our own space. Pool was great, nice, quiet neighborhood. Eric was a pleasure to communicate with and we had no issues during our stay. Beds were comfortable, linens were more than sufficient. Will definitely consider staying again.

Spacious home away from home

The house was spacious for 5 people. The many amenities and items provided made our stay more enjoyable. The property was conveniently located, and we especially enjoyed having access to the West Orange Trail. Eric was a gracious host, and tried hard to make up for the shortcomings of his cleaning and pool service.

The house was perfect. The first floor master bedroom was great for my 80 year old mom. She had everything she needed to relax and spend time with family. She didn't want to leave lol. Erik has everything so organized it made for a stress-free stay. Highly recommend

Family Trip

Family Vacation

Wonderful location for our family vacation. There were 4 adults and 9 kids ranging from infant to 18 years old. The house was set up wonderfully for all of our needs, owners were very responsive to all questions. we were able to spend time together without being crowded. The house allowed for us to take some time to ourselves if needed as well. Directions for check in/check out were simple and easy to understand. We were within roughly 30 minutes (give or take a little) of everything we were interested in experiencing. Wonderful vacation (first time VRBO), if we are ever in the Orlando area again we will definitely be booking this house for our stay. A huge thank you to Erik for your hospitality and attention to detail.

Second time staying here

We chose this property based on the experience we had the first time we stayed here. It is beautiful and spacious. It is close to everything we needed (market, gas, highways) and wanted (parks, museums, alligator fan boats!) to do. The trail right ik the back yard is amazing. The pool entertained the children ages 11-14 for hours. We highly enjoyed our stay and love staying in this house when we visit.

My Stay

The house was nice and clean and provided some household supplies like paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. I've rent several houses over the years and none have provided these supplies. I was impressed. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working on the 2nd floor for 4 out of the 8 nights. The owner worked to get it fixed as fast as he could. However, I was disappointed that he did not offer any money back or other compensation.

Lovely home, terrific owner

This is a very large and lovely home that is extremely clean and well kept. Erik was a wonderful host and communicator. It is about 30 minutes or so away from the parks which is something to consider if you are traveling in a car and some of your party want to leave early. We were, however, quite successful with Rideshare options. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a terrific and peaceful escape from the hectic park scene. Thank you, Erik, for sharing your home with us.

Pleasant stay

Plenty of space for 4 or 5 couples and some children. Immaculate pool, plenty of glasses/dishes/etc. Host communicates in timely effective manner. Only suggestion would be better bed pillows.

Chrysanne and I have 5 children all of whom now have occupations including medical, finance, CPA, and a helicopter pilot. Also, we are so fortunate to have 8 grandchildren, and counting. Our new function is to spoil our grandchildren and have them visit "Sea Glass" for beach adventures in between renting. We are now 'empty nesters living the dream.

This is our future retirement home. Our grown up children are spread all over the U.S. We can think of no better place to attract our children and grand children than the beach!

Our home is very spacious (over 3,000 sq ft) with high 10 ft and cathedral ceilings which is a must since we are both over 6 feet tall. We love to grab morning coffee and walk out to the beach in our bare feet. There is nothing better that watching sun rises and sunsets on the beach at home. You are located on the beach with a short deck walk to the sand. Go from the house to the beach in hour bare feet!
