Wonderful view and hot tub!

Excellent location just across from Stagecoach Lift base. The climb up 70 steps is made worthwhile by the awesome view and wonderful hot tub!! Ash was a gracious host.

Great rental

This place is great. It's right next to the Stagecoach Express lift. Full kitchen that is well stocked, late-model high-end washer/dryer, nice hot tub, big TV's in every room, big dining room table, clean, comfortable furniture and beds. If I make it back to Tahoe, I will definitely rent here again.

After falling head over heels for this remarkable destination a few years ago, I knew I had found my forever home. In 2021, I finally took the plunge and made the decision to purchase a property here. Prior to settling in Stateline, I had lived in various exciting locations, including the Bay Area, Philadelphia, New York, Russia, and my native Brazil. However, it is in Lake Tahoe that I have discovered true contentment, surrounded by the incredible opportunities and experiences that this place offers, both in the winter and summer seasons. My love for skiing, hiking, motorcycling, and travel has been deeply woven into the fabric of my life. I am thrilled to share these passions with you and hope that you thoroughly enjoy your stay at my place. In addition to being a proud homeowner, I am also a kids ski instructor at Palisades, which allows me to contribute to the joy and excitement of those exploring the slopes.
