It was a pleasure hosting Karen & her family & I know how her daughter's really loved the pool. She communicated very well ,followered all the house rules took care of house & attended to the trash . I would recommend them to anyone & welcome them back at anytime.

Beautiful house with pool just a few blocks from the beach. The outdoor pool is a perfect size and temperature during the summer. House was very clean and AC works great. Upstairs master bathroom has a gorgeous walk in shower and tub attached to a beautiful walk in closet. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Host is super friendly and responds immediately. Highly recommend

MIke was such a quite, pleasant guest he & I communicated very well. He appreciated my home because of the peacefulness it brought him & his guests. Took very good care of my home. This was a wonderful place to stay! The house is lovely and we especially enjoyed the pool! Laura is an amazing host! We have rented many places and she is one of the most communicative, helpful hostesses we have ever had! We would highly recommend this property!

Nicole & her family are wonderful people anyone opening their home to this family will have a very pleasurable experience. Nicole's communication skills are incredible. I feel like Imade friends with a a family I have never acually met.They take of your home as if it were theirs. I would love to rent to them again in the future. They come very highly recommended by me the owner.

Great pool and a great walkable location. Parked the car for the weekend and did not need to use it. Bikes for rent within a short walk.

Good location

The house was comfortable and had easy access to shopping restaurants and the beach. 10 minutes to Mayo Clinic.

Stuart and I started out with alittle rocky start. Perhaps that that is why he is my first guest that didnt give The Blue Pearl a 5 star rating but as it turned out our communication his personality & mine came together. Im not sure of his feelings but I found Stuart to be a very nice person i would welcome them back anytime.

Beautiful property and close to everything you need. We never drove more than 5 minutes away for groceries, drinks, or restaurants. Laura was easy to communicate with and very polite.

Relaxing

Ms. Laura was amazing!!!! The house had EVERYTHING we needed. The kids stayed in the pool most of the time. The house was clean, the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We will be staying again in the future.

Wonderful stay in Jacksonville Beach!

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay at Jacksonville Beach!We had a fantastic time at this beautiful property! Laura, the owner, was absolutely amazing—responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless from start to finish. The home itself was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the private pool—such a perfect way to unwind. The short walk to Jacksonville Beach restaurants and bars made it easy to explore the area without ever needing to drive. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach escape!

Relaxing and luxurious retreat

We had a marvelous time at BluePearl! The decor was amazing and so well thought out. Lots of space for everyone to stretch out and unwind. Kiddos LOVED the pool! And the beach is only a quick 3 minute drive or a 10-15 minute walk. We did both lol. You won’t regret your stay here…

Laura was wonderful to communicate with. She was very informative. The home was perfect for what we needed on our visit to Jax Beach this trip. It was the perfect size for our family and loved the backyard. The home is in a great location to walk to the pier and restaurants and so close by Publix for shopping. It was really nice to have beach towels and pool floats provided. Things that we didn’t have to pack. We would love to stay at this house again in the future.

Florida/Georgia Hideaway

We had plans all weekend including the game, golf at TPC and dinner with friends. Laura was lovely to work with. The pictures don't do the house justice. It is just beautiful and a great location to everything! I'm hanging on to this one for next year!!

Beautiful beach house with every amenity you can think of!!

This gorgeous home is just a few blocks from the beach and is perfect in every way! Our two families had plenty of space to spread out. Incredibly clean property with a beautiful pool and lots of porches. Our host was delightful and promptly replied to all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable and happy. Quick walk to Jax Beach and loads of great restaurants in the area. We can't wait to come back and stay longer!! We highly recommend this home and are so grateful for our time here.

Great Getaway

We had a great time at the Blue Pearl! It was very convenient to the fishing pier, the beach, and lots of restaurants and ice cream shops! The pool and the pool area were wonderful hangout spots to spend time outside. All of the beds were very comfortable and the whole house was very clean. The WiFi worked well and was easy to connect to as well as all of the tvs and their streaming services. They had ample baby/toddler accommodations and alarms on all of the outside doors when they opened to let you know they had been accessed. We will definitely be back to stay at the Blue Pearl the next time we visit Jacksonville!

Two Words … Perfect Serenity!

For the last two years, our family has taken a fall family vacation and this year Blue Pearl provided us an escape from our reality and a bit of heaven. From the initial outreach after our confirmation to the details put into welcoming our family no detail was spared. The photos are just a hint, of how beautiful the home is inside and out. Our family enjoyed breakfast on the patio and a Daddy Daughter Marco Polo game in the pool. The proximity to the beach was an easy walk and winding down upstairs in the swing were a part of the memorable experience our family enjoyed! We’ll be back!

The most incredible stay in Jacksonville Beach

My family and I stayed at Anita's property for nearly two weeks. I had my 2 year old and 4 year old with me and she went so above and beyond to get the place ready - from arranging a crib, purchasing a booster seat, equipping the place with a baby monitor and baby proofing items - I was so blown away by her thoughtfulness. It made the stay absolutely seamless. The security and safety were top notch - there was not only a pool alarm, but all of the doors sound upon opening. The pool itself was warm and beautiful - we lived it in every day and she had tons of great blow up toys. We really loved the outdoor dining areas and ate outside most nights. The beds were SO comfortable and the master suite and bathroom were really luxe with so much space. Anita shared so many great recommendations that we took advantage of while we were there. It was so nice to be walking distance to great coffee shops, the beach, a park for the kids, etc. The place was equipped with every amenity & more - from the wifi, the tvs, the kitchen set up - it was all top quality and so comfortable. We will 100% stay here again next time we're in Jacksonville! Ali & family
