Luxe Cabin at Bretton Woods
Welcome to the Seven Skis Hideaway- a luxury retreat in the heart of the White Mountains. The 5 bedroom, 3 full bath cabin is tucked away in a private & peaceful setting minutes to Bretton Woods Resort and the Crawford Notch. Enjoy a cocktail on your private deck after a long day of hiking, or watch the snowfall through the mountain facing windows while you cozy up to the gas fireplace. Thoughtfully designed with guest comfort in mind, we hope you enjoy an unforgettable mountainside escape.
The spacious cabin offers 3 levels of living, perfect for large groups or families. Enter through the 2 car garage into the walkout basement level, where you'll find a large entry way for coats and boots. There are two bedrooms on this level- the first has a queen bed and an attached full bathroom. The second features a full-over-full bunk bed with arcade style games (a hit with the kids!) the main level offers a stunning kitchen with top end appliances including a double oven and a wine fridge. The living room is a large, open concept space with mountain facing windows and sliding door access to a huge private deck, and a full sized pool table. There is a full bathroom on this level, along with a queen bedroom. The top floor has a master bedroom with a king bed and a large attached bathroom. The 4th bedroom has two twin beds with trundles, and a full sized bed. There is access to the master bathroom from this bedroom, although it can be locked from the king side for added privacy

VACATION HOUSE RULES AND RENTAL AGREEMENT
Please be sure to read this rental agreement in full. By clicking âBook Nowâ you are acknowledging and agreeing to terms and conditions of the âvacation property.â
RENTAL TERMS/COSTS: Total guests not to exceed 12 people. Rental period begins at 4pm on date of check-in and ends at 10 am on date of check-out.
PARTIES/NOISE: Absolutely NO PARTIES. The vacation rental is not suitable for people looking for a party house. This is a family neighborhood and guests should keep noise at a respectable level at all times. Quiet hours of 10 PM to 7 AM are strictly enforced. Guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately if any complaints are made in reference to a party or excessive noise in the home. We have the utmost respect for our neighbors, and we are committed to providing a great rental experience for guests without compromising their ability to enjoy their homes.
PARKING: Parking is STRICTLY limited to 4 cars, and 2 cars must be in the garage. If there are more than 2 cars parked in the driveway, you will be asked to move them immediately.
NO FIREWORKS AT ANY TIME
SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed inside the cabin.
CHECK OUT PROCEDURE: Check-out is at 10 am. Guests are expected to follow the check-out procedure. Additional fees may be charged if the check-out time or procedure is not followed by guests.
SEPTIC: Our home is on a septic system. Please do not flush sanitary items or wipes down the toilet. Do not put coffee grinds or kitchen grease down the sink drain.
WEATHER: No refunds are given due to inclement weather or loss of power caused by storms.
INDEMNIFICATION & HOLD HARMLESS; ASSUMPTION OF RISK. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless your Host, North Woods Vacation Rentals LLC, and the homeowner, for any liabilities, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim in connection with your use and/or occupancy of the Vacation Rental, including, but not limited to, any claim or liability for personal injury, damage, fines, penalties, loss of personal belongings, or theft of property, which is made, incurred, or sustained by you and/or anyone using the Vacation Rental during your stay. You and anyone using the Vacation Rental during your stay accepts and assumes all risks involved in or related to the use of third-party transportation vendors, the pool/hot tub, activities participated in while on the premises, or amenities provided at the property, as applicable.
GENERAL TERMS. If any section, clause, paragraph, or term of the Rental Agreement is held or determined to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, all other terms, clauses, or paragraphs herein shall be severed and remain in force and effect. This Agreement shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and on each of their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assignees.
We want our guests to enjoy our home to the fullest, and for the safety of guests, our home and neighbors, you are expected to follow our house rules and check-out procedure. If it is discovered that any house rules are not followed, guests may be asked to vacate the property and will forfeit all monies paid (including any unused nightly rental fees and deposits).
This Agreement is between the owner of the Vacation Rental (your âHostâ), and the individual completing this booking transaction for the Vacation Rental (âyouâ or âGuestâ). You agree that you will be responsible for the actions and behavior of each individual present at the Vacation Rental during your stay. This includes ensuring each individual in your party or otherwise present at the Vacation Rental is aware of and in compliance with the terms identified in this Agreement.
The Guests agree to the terms of this Short Term Rental Agreement, as evidenced by payment and the acceptance of the booking agreement through the direct booking, VRBO or Airbnb platform.
