- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.
- Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own charcoal.
- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.
- No RV or Trailer parking.

- Guests can have access to the garage to access the Sauna. Please do not lose the garage door opener.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane for grills and outdoor fireplaces. There is often a supply left by previous guests, so we recommend checking before purchase.

Hey, I'm Dylan the founder of Haven Vacation Rentals. Our team manages vacation rentals in and around the Smoky Mountains. We love providing places for people to rest and relax while they take a break from the busyness of life!
We like for our guests to know that when you stay at one of our properties, you are helping alleviate poverty and end human trafficking around the world. We are hoping to leverage our business to serve people in need by giving 10% of our profits to Hope International and International Justice Mission. A little personal info, I'm a husband to the most wonderful woman alive! We've been blessed with twin boys and a little girl!
