Great lake and location

The lake and amenities of the lake house were wonderful. Location only has 5 parking spots so make arrangements if needed.

Wonderful lake, spacious house

Family reunion with four teens and seven adults. Plenty of room to spend time together but also have time to oneself. Kitchen was very enjoyable to use: centrally located and great views of lake while cooking. We had a great time fishing, playing bean bag toss, paddling kayaks, swimming, and sitting around the campfire at night. We had just enough chairs for the 11 of us. Lake was unusually clear, so very nice for swimming. Just down the shore is a beach with a larger swim area. Stores are just 10 minutes away: Meijer, Wal-Mart, Menards, etc. Location is very close to highway and easy to find. Note: there are many stairs to get down to the house from parking and from the house to the beach (1 full flight each). Parking for 5 vehicles. Great communication with owners. Clean, beautiful space. Would definitely come back again.

Fantastic property on exceptional lake

Everything about this property is as nice as it was described in the listing. Owners were great at communicating and answering questions. This is a clean and well maintained property. We brought a couple boats with us and enjoyed many hours in the boat and also swimming off the dock. We shared the place as a large extended family and very much enjoyed our time here. Would love to stay here again, hopefully next summer.

Great Lake location with amazing view!

This lake house was huge with plenty of space for everyone. The location was secluded and right next to a beautiful state park along with a short drive to restaurants and downtown. The owners were extremely nice and communicated well. They were also very flexible. We will 100% VRBO here again.

Family vacation

We had a great trip with our family of 5 and 2 four year olds. The house and location were fantastic. Plenty of room at the house for everyone to get together and also have time to themselves. A bathroom and shower on each floor was perfect. The kids loved swimming all day next to the dock while we fished from the dock. We enjoyed going on a few pontoon boat rides looking at the beautiful lake and area. A plus was the close proximity to Pokagon state park entrance. We hiked and the kids played at the playground and the nature center was a bonus. Happy 4 year olds happy adults. Looking forward to 2024 with a larger group !! The lake house is very spacious.

wonderful place to stay

the hostesses were beyond friendly and the home is beautiful. we enjoyed are stay very much we had just enough room and being able to swim off the dock was a big plus.

Perfect location, great house, wonderful view of the lake

The property was very clean, house had plenty of space and room to sleep for our four families and kids. Kitchen was well stocked, had everything we needed. Owners were easy to communicate with. Location is right around the corner from the sand bar and the views of the lake were amazing and very relaxing. Would definitely rent this property again!

Trine Graduation weekend

Perfect location to celebrate graduation from Trine. This is our third time renting the house. Some family stayed at Pokagon and the rest at the house. Enjoyed a barbecue and hanging out with the family.

Perfect Lake House Getaway

I stayed here with 7 of my friends for my bachelor party. The house is beautiful and so big! The location on Lake James is perfect and the owner let us rent their pontoon for an additional charge. The owners are an extremely nice couple and I can’t wait to come back next summer for another get together with my college friends.

The Coy’s were absolutely fantastic. Such home fun home for 3 families with kids. Highly recommend.

The renters were very responsive, helpful, and supplied an amazing experience for our 3 families. The yard was a hit for kids and the beach area was perfect for in the water. We had plenty of space to bring and dock other watercrafts. They provided plenty of toys for kids and adults. The fire pit was a night time hit as well. We would definitely recommend and would rent again in the future ourselves.

The house is in a perfect location. Right near Pokagon State Park. Near the lodge, where more family stayed. We were able to celebrate birthdays on Saturday and Easter on Sunday. Plenty of beds for our crew.
