Welcome to this lovely 4-level home which is perfect for travelers, groups, friends, families and even those in the city for business!
The home is located in one of Austin's most desired locations, steps from Shoal Creek and the City of Austin's brand-new Signature Park and Children's Playscape. Close to downtown and within minutes of all Austin has to offer!
This location delivers you easily to attractions, restaurants, coffee shops, The Austin Domain, Austin Arboretum, Mayfield Park and Nature Preserve, Zilker Metropolitan Park, Texas State Capitol, Bullock Texas State History Museum, Kerbey Lane Cafe, Uchiko and Chez Zee for the best in Austin dining.

The first floor bedroom has a queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom.
The main 2nd level has a cozy living room designed for relaxation and a large kitchen and dining area which are fully equipped with everything you need and perfect for friends and family to gather around! There is also a half bathroom on the same floor and a covered patio deck.
The 3rd level has the spacious master bedroom that features a king-sized bed and a cozy environment with spa-like ensuite bathroom. The adjoining bedroom has a queen-sized bed, closet, and an ensuite bathroom. We also have the laundry room here.
The 4th level has the 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds and an ensuite bathroom, a hospitality bathroom for guests, a bonus room with pool table, bbq in park area, and another high patio with comfortable seating and beautiful view of downtown Austin.
Catch your favorite movies and shows on smart TVs located on each floors right away from home! Fiber with an internet speed of up to 2 Gbps , 1 garage parking space and 110 EV chargers for both Tesla and Lucid branded vehicles are all provided during your stay!
