Kick back and relax in this newly renovated condo in central Austin. Ground floor unit with designated close parking surrounded by Austin’s best restaurants and coffee shops. Steps away from UT and hiking/biking trails. This all new one bedroom condo has comfortable bedding, washer/dryer, TVs in each room, and kitchen with all the appliances you will need.

Come and enjoy what Austin has to offer!

The space:
650 sqft. King bed in primary with Queen pullout sofa bed in living room. SMART TVs in both living (55") room and bedroom (43"). 300+MB Wi-Fi.

The condo is located in the Heritage district and is ranked one of the best places to live in Austin. It is located in a quiet and newly renovated building and is an easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, University of Texas and hiking/biking trails.

There is a designated parking spot right in front of building with easy access to the ground floor condo. Additional parking spaces are available for visitors.

Stay during ATX Open

The condo was perfect for the two of us, and a great location for our visits to the ATX Open. The condo was clean with ideal amenities. Rich was a fantastic communicator and host - both before and during our stay. We hope to stay here again next year!

This place was a gem! Great location, just north of the UT campus. It was newly renovated, very clean and had everything you could need. Rich was very easy to communicate. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful condo. It was clean, neat and had everything we needed. It’s close to downtown and in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Austin!

A wonderful weekend in ATX

We had a fantastic stay from start to finish! We were in town for multiple sporting events, and this location was a 10/10. We were close enough to walk to campus (about 30 min) and were situated far enough away from downtown that an Uber was inexpensive and we avoided most of the traffic. The condo was very comfortable, and we appreciated the small touches (coffee, bruta filters, etc). We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Austin!

Midtown Condo

Property was as represented. It was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The AC went out the last night of stay; the owner worked diligently to try to get it fixed at a late hour. Only issue I have is the size of the damage deposit (fifteen hundred), and the length of time to receive a refund of it (two weeks).

Cool, calm getaway

My husband and I loved our stay at this condo! There are nice upgraded appliances, and everything feels clean and simplistic. We mostly were out and about visiting with friends, but we did spend some lounge time in the condo and it was very cool compared to the hot June Texas weather. Overall we loved it!!

Really impressed with the condo.It’s beautifully renovated and very well appointed.Owner is very nice and available if needed.A number of restaurants are within walking distance (34th street cafe has good food and wine). Condos location affords access Austin’s attractions within minutes. Will definitely stay there again.

Great Stay!

In town for UT graduation and this place was perfect. Recently renovated from an old apartment building, the complex looks a tad sketchy upon drive-up but those fears quickly disappeared. Nice, spacious, safe, convenient, well-appointed unit feels brand new. Location is perfect with easy access to campus and downtown (via Guad & Lamar) and very quick & easy to get in/out of town (via 35 & MoPac). And a reserved parking spot right in front! Will definitely stay here again!!

Visit to Austin

This property is all new inside and very comfortable. Good location to downtown and other attractions. Designated parking space right next to building making it easy to load/unload. We went to Fresa's for breakfast burritos which are so delicious. I would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! Rich was very accommodating and flexible. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Quiet even though location is close to UT with many restaurants within walking distance. Definitely recommend!
