This recently upgraded outdoor space now features a brand new fully fenced yard, ensuring a safe and secure environment for both your beloved pets and energetic kids to roam and play freely. There is a scenic footbridge over the marsh that is the perfect spot for a memorable photo. Middleton Park is two and a half miles from the home. Other great attractions include Oak Island Pier, Oak Island Lighthouse, Odell Williamson Auditorium, Old Baldy Lighthouse and Smith Island Museum, and Rivers Edge Golf Club and Plantation.

One of the main attractions of this home is definitely its original artwork and vintage prints throughout. The air-conditioned living area offers a fantastic spot to spread out comfortably and relax with your loved ones. Curl up on your favorite sofa and watch a favorite show or movie on the large TV.
