The generously sized living room is filled with natural light from the large windows and door, which leads to a covered deck area with outdoor seating and views of the beach. The kitchen features all new appliances and plenty of counter space, perfect for whipping up a delicious meal. The bar seating and dining table provide plenty of room for your family to gather. The home also has internet. For entertainment, you can stream shows on Roku or take advantage of numerous streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and more. You can also stay connected to your family and friends with fast and reliable internet. Just enter the Wifi information and password. The master bedroom complete with attached bathroom, has a private outdoor deck for enjoying the ocean breeze. The remaining bedrooms on the main level share a Jack-N-Jill bathroom. The views from the loft are amazing! Your guests will love sleeping and waking to the sunrises. There is also access to the upper deck from this room. Downstairs area is spacious for family gatherings. The tiki bar area is perfect for buffet style meals prepared on the charcoal pit by the "Grill Master"! When the stars come out, gather around the fire pit for S'mores, or relax in the hammocks. There is even a fenced in area to let the kids run free without worry. After a day on the beach, which is just a short walk or golf cart ride away, be sure to rinse off in the outdoor shower. This vacation home offers all the comforts of home in a breathtaking sea-side setting.

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:

3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
