Great vacation stay

Location is great. Easy to get to beach (very short and easy walk). Property manager was very quick with answers to any questions and extremely helpful. Nice and clean property and would love to stay again.

Great Family Stay

Plenty of room for my family of 7. One block walk to the beach. Host checked in to make sure everything was ok. I would stay here again or recommend it to others looking for a nice beach vacation.

Fantastic!!

Rented house for 8 days all adults the house was perfect, perfect location enjoyed being able to walk to so many great eating places and beach. We really enjoyed the back private area hot tub and fire pit. Hope to come back soon!!

Pictures were accurate! A ton of amenities inside of the unit especially the kitchen to make a pleasurable stay .

Beautiful Condo

It is newly renovated on the inside. Very spacious and decorated nicely. 3 minute walk to beach as advertised. Outdoor space is the real gem. Thank you for having us. I hope to come back soon.

Amazing property!!

Check in process was super easy. The property itself is extremely clean and well kept. The owner stayed in constant communication. Property is within walking distance of the ocean and a beautiful walk to the main drag. (About 30 minutes- owner did offer golf cart however we loved the walk.) Everything was excellent! Thank you so much!

Awesome Getaway

We are so happy we decided to go to Surfside Beach! The location of Eric’s place was perfect for us. Only a block away from the beach access with lifeguard, we could come and go as we pleased to the beach. The place is adequately stocked and super clean. Beds are very comfortable with quality linens. Owner is very responsive. Highly recommend!

Beach getaway

Life has been so hectic and I needed a vacation away from it all. This was a great place to do just that! Owner is very responsive. Master bed is very comfortable…so much I asked where he got it from. The A/C worked great and the ceiling fans added that extra air circulation. Backyard area was really cute and the hot tub is great bonus. And easy beach access a block and a half from the beach. Would stay again! Definitely recommend!

Wonderful beach home

We had a wonderful holiday weekend at this property. Communication with the owner was fast; property owner was very accommodating and helpful. The place was as pictured and contained all amenities listed. The property location was perfect, we were able to pull our cart of beach necessities easily to the 13th Avenue and 12th Avenue public beach access. We would definitely stay here again. Only thing to note was that one of the bedrooms was not check in ready (we had to wash the sheets) but I’m thinking it was a one time fluke with the cleaning company since we checked in on July 4th and I can only imagine how crazy busy that day must be to turn around rental units. The rest of the house was immaculate and felt homey. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We will be back!
