The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear slightly discolored.

Hot Tub is available year round. No eating or drinking in the hot tub. Please be gentle with hot tub cover. The pool is not heated, but if you haven't been to Arizona, the pool stays about 70 degrees in the winter and around 90 degrees during the summer.

The respite we needed!

My friends and family needed a place to go for a few days to escape LA the wildfires and just relax. Richard was super responsive and helpful The place was super clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals and hang. We will be back for sure!

Very comfortable and well set up

Great impression and very comfortable for me and my family which included toddler and infant. Few things were a little worn with use but overall the place was great. Communication was open and immediate if any issues. Would recommend this place and stay here again if opportunity is there

Exceeded our expectations! A total gem!

My wife and I couldn't have been happier with this house. We were in town for a week visiting her family and friends, and this was the perfect home base for us. Everything was clean and like new, the kitchen was well stocked, the bed and pillows were super comfy, and having access to a garage was an unexpected bonus—making it super easy to load and unload our car, and keep it out of the intense Phoenix sun. But the real star of this property is the hot tub—it's practically brand new, with powerful jets and multiple jet configurations...can't tell you how amazing it felt to end each day with a relaxing soak before bed! Plus, all of our communications with the owner, Richard, were timely and friendly. All of this for less then the cost of some hotel rooms. We plan on staying here every time we return to Phoenix if possible. Highly recommended!

Great place and location

We rented with another couple for Spring Training. This was a great location for games we attended with 2 grocery stores close by and a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was perfect to chill out after a day of baseball. Richard the host was great and very responsive to our questions. Thanks and hope we can visit again

The place met our needs

We needed a place to stay for a week. We wanted a hot tub and a pool. It was a cool week so the pool was only needed for a cold plunge from the hot tub. But we loved it all. The host answered my questions promptly and was nice to work with.
