Wonderful place on the river. Well stocked and very comfortable. We caught fish off the dock and loved the kitchen in the boat house. Everything was wonderful.

Kitchens were fully equipped. Fishing was excellent. Caught everything from stripper bass, catfish, blue gill, perch, and carp. Great location. Beautiful home.

Great location

Such a great place to stay. We fished a bass tournament and the location was great. Owners are very nice and inviting.

We spent four wonderful days here with two other couples, along with a few friends who joined us for day visits, and had a fabulous time. My wife and I stayed in the boathouse while the other couples stayed in the main house, which worked out perfectly for our group. The property was just as described and made an ideal home base for enjoying the Delta.We brought three small rigid inflatable boats, and the location was fantastic for exploring—close to fast water, the boat ramp, and other boating facilities. Some of our favorite moments were early mornings on the water, watching the Delta sunrise and seeing wildlife that tends to disappear later in the day.The location is also hard to beat. The Rusty Porthole is literally about a three-minute walk away, and Sugar Barge is nearby as well. There was plenty of room to park our three vehicles and boat trailers, which made everything easy.A terrific property for a group of friends who enjoy boating, the Delta, and being close to the action. We would happily stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here and can’t recommend it enough. The house is beautiful, recently remodeled, and so thoughtfully designed, but the boathouse was truly magical. Between the stunning views, peaceful nature, and beautifully decorated spaces, it felt like such a special place to relax and unwind.We were able to fish, enjoy the water, and spend hours just hanging out in the boathouse. We originally planned to explore more of the surrounding areas, but honestly, we were so happy there that we barely wanted to leave.If you do want to grab a drink or enjoy a lovely meal, The Rusty Porthole — an absolute gem of a spot — is only about a 3-minute walk away.The nature surrounding both the house and boathouse is absolutely stunning and adds so much to the experience. The homeowners were also incredibly warm and wonderful to deal with, and you can truly feel that warmth reflected throughout the home itself.Usually, after a longer vacation, we’re ready to head home, but this time we found ourselves sad to leave because we had such an amazing, memorable stay. We would absolutely come back.

Best Day's Ever: Hello, We keep our boat in dry storage at Russo's, we usually rush in and out in one day. It was great to take a couple days and really enjoy our time and slow down the pace a little. Our group brought some snacks and drinks and ate out or ordered delivery... saved a lot of money and time along with cooking and cleaning! The house was perfect for our group and having access to the boat for three perfect weather days was the real treat. Our host/ homeowners were just terrific and attentive to our silly questions. THANK YOU for a terrific weekend.

The house was lovely and remodeled. We rented the house and a separate unit the boathouse. The boathouse had a pullout couch for sleeping. It would be great for a separate couple, but not for a family with underage children due to being right on the water. The house was three bedrooms and beautiful. The area is lovely. I would highly recommend this house to someone that’s going on vacation.
