This was our first trip to the Isle of Palms. The resort was beautiful and well maintained. Very quiet and relaxing. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were very comfortable. It was just right for 4 adults to stay. Enjoyed the walks around the resort and seeing all the beautiful sights. Did see some deer and an alligator. It was a short walk to the beach. They were doing reclamation and the sea shells were everywhere. We will definitely come back. Highly recommend staying here.

Pros: Wild Dunes is great! Lots of roomTVs in every roomComfy bedsPlenty of seating in common area Well-stocked Cons:Moisture issue (black mold in bathroom—someone had to come clean it, condensation and dripping from vent, musty smell in laundry area)We didn’t use the balconies because the doors were impossible to open. 24 stairs from parking lot to door Close but not convenient to beachKitchen fits one person onlyOutside needed some attention (stairs loose, lots of debris on stairs)Not a pro or a con but just for awareness: this unit is not really close to groceries or reasonably-priced diningBike rentals in Wild Dunes are 30/day. Golf cart rental is 150/day. The little cars are 425/day.

Booking and communicating with the property manager was outstanding! The directions were clear and flexible based on my arrival to town. The place was as shown on the site, but better in person. It was spotless! I would book here again in the future!

Awesome week!

My husband and our two young boys had a wonderful week at the Lagoon Villas! The pool was so convenient and the walk to the beach was short and easy. Having the beach cart was an awesome perk, and the villa was open with plenty of space to relax indoors and outdoors!
