The Kitchen has it all, offering lots of counter space and dining options that can host those big family dinners. A living room is in the perfect location, just off the Kitchen and the Dining offering all to gather while one cooks or watches their favorite tv show.

The master bedroom has a private slider to the pool and spa, for those who want to sneak out for a late night's swim. Decorated in MidCentury decor with vibrant colors. A large bathroom with a soaking tub and double vanities.

The Casita has its own private entrance outside and inside of the home, making it attached to the main home. This space has it all, a workspace, a private bathroom, and lots of closet space.

The additional two guest rooms are located on the opposite side of the Master Wing. Large and Bright rooms with views. These rooms have access to the hall bathroom.

The backyard was carefully thought out, utilizing all space. A firepit to gather to warm up on the desert winter nights. Large BBQ island to fire up your favorite food. Lots of ambient lighting to enjoy a meal or play a game on the outdoor dining table. Lounge poolside to soak up that desert sunshine.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Included: 8 guest including children and infants, Post Cleaning FEE. Property FEE: Spa Heat, WIFI, Linens,Towels, Reasonable Utilities, etc
Not Included: Pool Heat (82-84 max degrees) during cooler months and AC for warmer months, additional monies will be required.

Home Sleeps 8 guests including children in your "Nightly Rate" but can accommodate up to 10 guests including children with an additional fee. This fee will include an air mattress, linens, towels, and extra cleaning. Air Mattress is NOT included unless paid for.

Early Check-In or Late Check-Out- we can NOT accommodate any last-minute late check out's or in's unless paid for in advance.

We try to ensure our homes are presented in the most best form, and with this the cleaners know they have till 4pm on arrival day to get the home ready. Homes could get any last min bookings so our time frames are "set" unless paid for.

So if you are considering either a late check-out (5pm) or an early check-in (10am), please arrange this promptly. The cost is 1/2 the nightly rate, plus fees, taxes, and processing. 

All Festival Bookings will require a larger refundable damage deposit due within 48hrs of booking, this is mandatory and there are no exceptions.
