The main level fireplace is perfect for the colder months – curl up with a good book or gather around with your loved ones to watch a movie on the Smart TV.

The updated, fully equipped kitchen features stone counters, stainless appliances, and all the amenities you need to prepare a meal at home. That meal can be enjoyed either in the formal dining area or by heading out the sliders to the deck and enjoying your food alfresco. Savor your meal while enjoying the fresh air and beautiful views.

The five bedrooms ensure that everyone has a comfortable and private spot to recharge. The primary bedroom suite is on the main level and complete with sliders to the deck, a king-size bed, and a full bathroom with shower and walk-in closet. Also on the main level is a convenient half bathroom just off the great room. The four guest bedrooms and two additional full bathrooms can be found on the lower level.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood. Please adhere to the quiet hours of 11 p.m. until 7 a.m. and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.
Bedroom 5 can only be accessed by going through bedroom 4 and a bathroom or by going through the screen porch. 
Due to the surrounding trees and landscaping, it's common to see bugs (spiders, ants, flies, etc.) and critters (squirrels, birds, bats, etc.). Please keep the doors shut to ensure the wildlife stays in the wild.
