Peaceful family retreat

We had a wonderful stay in Kat's home. Relaxing living area, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, and a private yard to look out on. I would absolutely stay here again!

A Sanctuary of Tranquility

Kat's home was a Christmas gift that lifted my spirit and soul. Her home is absolutely lovely! From the warmth of natural woods and light to the enchantment of her gardens. The pictures she posts are of one dimension only and understated. And, well GiGi the kitty is great company for any guest traveling solo or as a family, I am sure. All one needs is a small suitcase of clothes and items to produce a gourmet meal in her well stocked kitchen. I am grateful for the time and opportunity to be a guest in her home. Relaxing Napa Retreat

Kat’s house was the perfect spot for our visit to Napa. From the moment we walked in jet lagged and hungry we appreciated the yoga mats to stretch and recover and fresh tomatoes from the garden to refuel ourselves. The gardens are magical. Beds comfortable. And Gigi (as two dog owners) was adorable. The location was perfect for easy drives to downtown Napa, Napa wineries, and even a day in Sonoma. 10/10 would stay again/recommend to others.

Fabulous property

We spent a month at Kat's home visiting our daughter and new grandson!! Kat was very responsive to any request that we had. Her home and property is beautiful! If you like to cook - the kitchen is well outfitted (we were a little jealous with some of the equipment!!). The garden and backyard is beautiful and a great place to relax. You'll find the inside well taken care of and very comfortable. The neighbor is quiet and safe. It is a short ride into downtown Napa and there is easy access to major roadways to travel throughout the region. We'd definitely stay again.

Best stay in Napa!

We loved staying at Kat’s home in Napa. The house feels truly like a home and the garden is tranquil and incredible! The beds were comfortable and we loved using the hot tub after winery visits! Gigi the cat was an added bonus and so sweet! Thanks again to Kat and we can’t wait to return!

Wonderful Napa Home

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. First, it's in a nice little section of Napa, close enough to downtown to walk (if you're into a little exercise), but distant enough not to be disturbed by traffic and activity. The home itself is very comfortable, and has a fantastic kitchen and wonderful family room that looks out into the lovely back yard. The orientation of the home is such that the family room gets lots of light......nice. Our host's notes on caring for the home and working all the systems were detailed and appreciated. Bonus points for the SouthSide Cafe that is a short walk from the home....great and creative breakfast/lunch food! Can't go wrong staying at Kat's House!

Paradise in Napa

Kat’s home offers so much. The kitchen is a dream with high end appliances. Fully stocked for cooking. The atmosphere is so relaxing - my son said he felt so calm waking to the house and amazing outdoor space which becomes another room. My adult children and I explored wine country - everything is so easy to drive to- the cats are another nice addition - very sweet kitties. We had a memorable Xmas holiday and would return in the future.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this location. We loved sitting in the back yard, the inside of the house was very clean. Everything was just like the pictures. The location was great. We did a quick & cheap Uber to downtown. There is also a yummy cafe we walked to just two or three blocks away. I would definitely return to this property. Our host was wonderful as well! ;)

Fabulous place

The house was perfect for our mother-daughter wine tasting weekend. It is fully loaded with everything one would need. The backyard was stunning and peaceful - flowers were all in bloom. I hopefully will stay again soon.

Amazing home and yard!

This was the perfect house for our girls’ trip! The house is beautiful and was immaculate. I don’t think there was so much as a speck of dust anywhere in the house. The back yard is stunning with gorgeous flowers and seating areas. We enjoyed the hot tub and scenery so much! Charming house with unbeatable location

Cute Charming House and great location

Kat's house was excellent! The place was very clean, with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The beds were very comfortable. The SPA was a plus!! There are two cute friendly outdoor cats. There was a Mexican market walking distance. Kat was very responsive with information and answering questions via text and email! We had absolutely no problems with check-in. Directions were excellent! We look forward to using Kat's house again in the future!

Charming, as described

My 3 girlfriends and I very much enjoyed our time at this place. It was clean and comfortable. We absolutely loved the beautiful yard and hot tub. Great location - a quick uber ride away from downtown Napa. Would definitely stay there again!

Kat was a great host, the house was wonderful. The backyard is very nice and the hot tub was great too. We had 2 couples and had plenty of room inside the house. The house is located close to the highway that connects you to all the wineries. Also a short Uber ($8) to downtown. We had a great time and would book it again!

Just as described

Kat's house was exactly as described. The yard is amazing! The house was what we needed for a relaxing wine tasting weekend. The location was perfect for getting on 29 to easily reach the wineries.

Comfortable and Relaxing Stay

Four of us stayed at the house for a long weekend trip to Napa. After long days of visiting wineries and other sites in the Napa area, this was a great place to come back and relax. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Napa.

Superb stay! Really beautiful, serene & comfortable home.

We loved our stay, the house was as described and just brilliant! Inside the house everything was we needed was available, it's super clean and comfortable and couldn't fault anything. Outside the grounds and landscaping was just beautiful, you will just want to spend all your time out there! Definitely a recommended stay.

Great Place to stay in Napa!

My two girlfriends and I stayed here for a quick Napa getaway and it was perfect for the 3 of us. The house was cute and yard amazing, we were able to relax and enjoy after our day out wine tasting. The location is perfect, downtown Napa is just a 5 minute drive away. Kat was very responsive to any questions we had and we would definitely stay here again.

My yard is my art! Patio dining, secret garden, 8 organic veggie beds, twilight lounging spa.
My career was in Real Estate since 1988. Now I am living my purpose as a teacher of Yoga and Breathwork of 25+ years. I love to travel and am drawn to the ocean.

Very charming, clean private home close to downtown Napa. This is my personal home with much attention to detail, quality and obsessively clean. Fully stocked, high end kitchen with spices, oils etc to share. Garden setting is very special and private.
Very close to city of Napa Downtown.
My neighborhood is very quiet with great neighbors.
