The host resides locally and is available from 7am - 10pm to assist guests.
A starter amount (about a week) of complimentary supplies will be provided. The host will not deliver extra supplies, or be responsible for the cost to restock supplies for stays beyond 7 nights.

Green Lake Park has a year round 2.8 mile waterfront walking trail and a 3.1 mile outer perimeter trail.
Non motorized water activities such as paddle boards and kayaks are permitted on the lake.
The park also has ball fields, sport courts, a (seasonal) designated shallow swimming area for the kiddos, and a serene setting for picnics.

Guests have access to the entire house and roof top deck. There are no shared spaces.

In addition to the entryway on the ground level, youâll find the second bedroom with twin size bunks, a hall bathroom with tub and shower combo, as well as the laundry area.
Gather together on the middle floor with an open concept living and dining area, floor to ceiling natural light, and tall ceilings. The upgraded kitchen with quartz counters and a farmhouse sink is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals.
Both bedrooms are equipped with adjustable window shades plus room darkening curtains to coincide with your preferred sleeping ambience.
Escape to the rooftop terrace for elevated views of the leafy surroundings. Furnished with comfortable cushioned seating and an oversized cantilever umbrella to shelter everyone from the sun or rain.
Situated at the end of the building row, set back from the street, our place provides an added level of privacy and security with less passers by and an adequate distance from vehicle traffic.

The famous Green Lake path is 2.8 miles in circumference, with minimal elevation change. It is accessible to walkers, joggers, bikers, children, and pets. The inner part of the paved path, close to the waterfront is for walkers and joggers, while the outer part is reserved for those recreating on wheels.
Green Lake park includes tennis, basketball and pickle ball courts, athletic fields, shady picnic areas, two swimming beaches, a playground and a wading pool for little ones. Kayaks, paddle boards and non motorized boats are permitted on the lake.
This neighborhood is centrally located with easy access to Interstate 5 and Highway 99. Seattle's floating 520 bridge across Lake Washington is also nearby for those planning to visit places like Mercer Island, Bellevue, Kirkland, Snoqualmie Falls and the Cascade Mountains.

The house is equipped with two mini split air conditioning units. One is located on the second floor in the living/dining /kitchen area. The other is in the primary bedroom on the top floor. The ground level bedroom does not have an air conditioner. A portable tower fan is provided.
Each bedroom and bathroom have an electric wall heater controlled by individual thermostats. The mini split units also provide heat.
Parking is only available along the public residential streets. It is free and does not require a permit, but there is a general 72-hour rule for street parking in Seattle, meaning you cannot park a vehicle on the same city street for more than three days without moving it at least once.
The house is situated further back from the public sidewalk/street frontage, at the end of a row of townhouses. There are a few steps up along the exterior walkway to the front door.
The interior layout is three levels. The main living areas are on the second level, and the primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom are on the third level.
Well behaved dogs are welcome. Maximum of 2 dogs. Please tell us a bit about your dog(s) when requesting to book.

A $150 non refundable one time fee is required for one dog. An additional $100 non refundable one time fee is required for a second dog.
