Nestled in downtown Wallingford, this home boasts rooftop views of the Space Needle and city skyline on sunny days. Just a couple of blocks from the bustling N 45th street, it combines modern comforts with convenience. Perfect for discovering Seattle or enjoying a peaceful retreat, it’s close to top-notch restaurants and a unique urban park.
The home has 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and is 1078 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with a few steps along the walkway to the entrance.
**Floor Plan**
• First Floor: Kitchen with bar seating; living room with comfy couch, smart TV, air-conditioned.
• Second Floor: Bedroom with queen bed, bathroom, laundry room in the hallway. Heating only.
• Third Floor: Primary bedroom with queen bed and en-suite bath, air-conditioned.
• Fourth Floor: Rooftop with a bit of view of the Space Needle and city skyline!

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
• We do not recommend bringing large SUVs because the parking space is limited.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
