About this space
This stylish place to stay is perfect for family vacations, group trips, sports trips, or even a staycation! The home was completely gut rehabbed just over 1 year ago, and boasts 5800 sqft, 4 bedrooms + office, 5 bathrooms, and a basement with a gym, movie room, 4 beds, and putting greens. Gourmet/SS kitchen, laundry, a fully fenced-in yard, and extremely easy access to I-465, Fashion Mall, Carmel, and downtown. Large driveway, almost unlimited parking space. Experience 5-star luxury living!!!
The space
The home sits on just under an acre in one of the most unique neighborhoods in Indianapolis - Royal Pines. Right down the street, there are hundreds of tall pine trees. Both the smell and beauty are hard to describe.
This home was completely gut-rehabbed in 2021. Everything is brand new and no expense was spared. There is an "in-law suite" on the first floor with a king-sized Tempurpedic bed, double vanity, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. There are three bedrooms upstairs - the master has a king-size bed, a marble bathroom with 4 showerheads and a massive tub, and 2 walk-in closets. Both other rooms upstairs have queen-sized beds, one with its own shower and bathroom attached to it. Downstairs, you will find 2 bunk beds and another bathroom for additional sleeping space.
