Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
1. No partying and No smoking of any kind (no vaping, tobacco, drugs etc..)
2. Please turn off all appliances including lights before you leave.
3. Maximum Occupancy. Renter shall limit overnight occupancy of the vacation home rental to the specific number of occupants designated in the reservation, excluding children five years of age or younger. No unauthorized (extra) guests on premises
4. Noise. Occupants and /or guests of the vacation home rental shall not, create unreasonable noise or disturbances, engage in disorderly conduct, or violate provisions of this Code or any State law pertaining to noise or disorderly conduct at any time between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Guest must not participate in any outdoor activities during these quiet hours
5. Visitors. The number of people present in any vacation home rental shall not exceed the maximum occupancy designated in the rental home at any time between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. For the comfort and security of our guests and residents ,no extra visitors on the premises without approval.
6. Trash. Guest should place trash in the bin next to gate. Trash day is Wednesday.
7. Fire and Life Safety Requirements. Outdoor fire areas and fire pits are prohibited.
8. No Permanent Residence. You agree that your use of the Property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that you may not use the Property as a permanent residence; and that your permanent residence is and will remain elsewhere than at the Property.
9. Enforcement: Failure of renter to abide by any of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a violation subject to imposition of the penalties. Fines will be imposed on the party deemed responsible for the violation. Violations of occupancy limits, quiet hours or other nuisance requirements shall result in fines being imposed on renters ranging from $500 to $1000.
10. 1 small dog under 15lbs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval We have guidelines for those who wish to bring their Pet.
âą The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by your pet.
âą Your pet may not be left unattended.
âą We will ask you to remove your pet if the animal is out of control and the animalâs handler does not take effective action to control it or if the animal is not housebroken.
âą Please walk your pet for bathroom needs.
âą Please clean up defecation immediately. Bring your own baggies and dispose in the trash can by the garage.
âą Your pet may not be on furniture (sofa, chairs, bed)or counters. Please remove pet hair frequently by using the lint rollers. If your pet required to be on furniture, please report so that we can arrange additional cleaning. Additional cleaning fee may apply.
âą Your pet need to be secured away from the backyard on day provided by the host for the gardener access. Please leave side gate unlock that day.
