Very nice close to the beach and places in Myrtle Beach. . It was very quiet parking lot was convenient. I do wish that the unit had a washer and dryer in the unit ,but that’s not a deal breaker. Would stay next year if it was available

Our new go-to vacation home!

For many years, we were "beach-hoppers," vacationing in coastal spots from Delaware to Gulf Shores, AL. Well, this is the second straight summer we've spent a week at this North Myrtle Beach condo, and we've already reserved a THIRD trip next summer, so that should tell you all you need to know! I left a much more detailed review in June of '24, and all of it holds up - I think I can safely say we've found everything we were looking for in all those other places. This condo is neat, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the residents and fellow guests were kind and friendly. If proximity to shopping, dining, entertainment, and (most especially) the BEACH are priorities for you, you won't find anything better. Thank you for another unforgettable stay - we can't wait to be back next summer!
The view of the shore from the highest and farthest point on Apache Pier, just a few minutes' walk from the condo.
The estuary changes almost minute to minute - we visited nearly every day, and it never looked the same twice!
A beautiful post-sunset sky over the Intracoastal Waterway from our table at Lulu's in Barefoot Landing (our favorite place to eat AND shop).

A Place at the Beach IV

We stayed for five days. The condo is cozy and clean. Being within steps of the beach is wonderful. The condo is also located near several restaurants, and close to all the main attractions the city has to offer.

Paradise at the beach

We stopped in for a 3-4 night stay, and gotta say, can't think of one thing I would change!! Connie was great and the place was steps from a very clean and nuce beach. Will definitely stay at the same place next time we are here!!

Was mostly nicely remodeled and homely and comfortable. And also very easy to get to the beach. I would also go back there in the future next time I go to Myrtle Beach. Thanks to Connie for the stay.

Great Location!

Hello from a nice southern lady! I am the proud owner of this wonderful property. My family and I have been going to Myrtle Beach for as long as I can remember. We liked the beach so much we decided to purchase a condo here! We love this unit at A Place At The Beach IV! We take very good care of the property and personally inspect it multiple times each year to ensure it remains in top condition for our guests.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We wanted a place that was located on the ocean front for easy access to the beach. Someplace close enough to all the 'Grand Strand' venues so that one could enjoy those busier areas when they wanted to, but far enough away to provide a quiet private retreat. The Shore Drive area is the perfect location - tucked away from all the noise and hustle, but still nearby everything we like to do. It is truly a well-kept secret! Shhh!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Although there are many amenities at A Place At The Beach IV, I'd like to share something my family loves about this area that you won't hear mentioned by many other people. Just a short walk south down the beach you will find a large inlet which feeds into a tidal pool. This is a wonderful natural area which is virtually unspoiled by development. My children and grandchildren simply love wading in the tidal pools and walking over the sand dunes. You can find fish, crabs, mollusks, and other indigenous wildlife! It is also a great place to find beautiful seashells!
