Om du vill ha en speciell semester på ett vackert lägenhetskomplex precis vid stranden är "A Place At The Beach IV" där du vill stanna! Bekvämt beläget utanför Shore Drive erbjuder detta havsfrontkomplex ett exceptionellt värde på Myrtle Beach i ett trevligt, bekvämt och familjevänligt läge! Du kommer att vara centralt beläget i norra änden av Myrtle Beach nära stora sevärdheter, restauranger, shopping, golf och mer. Med en uppvärmd pool, vackert landskap och välskötta grunder kommer du att vara nöjd med ditt boende på APATB IV.

Vår lägenhet ligger på FÖRSTA GOLVEN och är mycket lättillgänglig från både stranden och parkeringsområdet! Den femte enheten framifrån är denna lägenhet "Ocean-Side" med vacker utsikt över stranden och Atlanten. Det ligger i Arcadian Shores parallellt med "Restaurant Row", den mest populära matplatsen på Grand Strand - bara en kilometer från Galleria shoppingcenter.

Nyligen renoverat med 2 sovrum, 2 badrum, ett komplett kök och ett familjerum, det finns gott om plats för din familj och vänner. Njut av High Definition LCD-TV eller titta på DVD-filmer mellan dina strandutflykter. Använd vår GRATIS WIFI för att få tillgång till internet. Sitta i baren och smutta på en drink medan du pratar med vänliga konversationer med dem i köket. Och på kvällen går du tillbaka till sovrummet för att njuta av en god natts sömn på de nya nya madrasserna och mjuka kuddar.

Det stora sovrummet har en härlig drottningssäng, TV och eget badrum med dusch. Det finns också en dörr för åtkomst till den privata balkongen. I hallen har gästrummet två enkelsängar med frodiga madrasser med kudde.

Anläggningen har både en uppvärmd pool och en barnpool för de små. En solterrass / uteplats med stolar och utomhusdusch tillhandahålls, plus ett utomhusgrillområde. Myntdrivna tvättmaskin / torktumlare finns i byggnaden.

Our new go-to vacation home!

For many years, we were "beach-hoppers," vacationing in coastal spots from Delaware to Gulf Shores, AL. Well, this is the second straight summer we've spent a week at this North Myrtle Beach condo, and we've already reserved a THIRD trip next summer, so that should tell you all you need to know! I left a much more detailed review in June of '24, and all of it holds up - I think I can safely say we've found everything we were looking for in all those other places. This condo is neat, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the residents and fellow guests were kind and friendly. If proximity to shopping, dining, entertainment, and (most especially) the BEACH are priorities for you, you won't find anything better. Thank you for another unforgettable stay - we can't wait to be back next summer!

The view of the shore from the highest and farthest point on Apache Pier, just a few minutes' walk from the condo.

The estuary changes almost minute to minute - we visited nearly every day, and it never looked the same twice!

A beautiful post-sunset sky over the Intracoastal Waterway from our table at Lulu's in Barefoot Landing (our favorite place to eat AND shop).

The property was in a great location and convenient to many food and activities. The apartment had everything we needed. The master bed was very comfortable which is important to us.

We had a great time the condo was very comfortable and well stocked

Very nice close to the beach and places in Myrtle Beach. . It was very quiet parking lot was convenient. I do wish that the unit had a washer and dryer in the unit ,but that’s not a deal breaker. Would stay next year if it was available

A Place at the Beach IV

We stayed for five days. The condo is cozy and clean. Being within steps of the beach is wonderful. The condo is also located near several restaurants, and close to all the main attractions the city has to offer.

Perfect Week in the Perfect Place! 😃

Connie's oceanfront condo is everything she promises in the listing, and was the ideal spot for our family of four (two adults, two teens) to experience the Myrtle Beach area for the first time. So close to EVERYTHING, yet tucked-away enough that you can relax out of the hustle and bustle. Our family really enjoyed spending time at the tidal pool, just a short walk down the beach. We've never seen anything like it at any of the beach locations we've stayed! Excellent restaurants throughout the area (a few even within walking distance!), and a variety of great shopping and entertainment spots as well. The condo itself is spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and features a great view of and access to the beach, which wasn't terribly crowded. Connie and Trevor are very quick to respond to any communication, and made the booking and check-in process as easy as can be. We will ABSOLUTELY be returning! 🙂

Great Location!

No complaints.. loved being able to walk out the door to the beach. Convenient to many things. If ever in area again, would definitely consider staying again! (Connie was great to work with too 😊)

A good finish after a rough start

When we arrived our place was filthy as the cleaners hadn’t realized when we were arriving. However, they came the next day and made it spotless. The owner also gave us monetary compensation for our experience. The unit is well equipped, although it is the first time I’ve had to bring my own linens. The location is good and the building was quiet, although this was the off season. I would recommend the place to anyone interested.

A PLACE AT THE BEACH 4

Great quiet location. Close to the sand. You can see the ocean from the balcony, but not the beach. There is a big sand dune in front. Still a good view. Great host and very nice place to relax.

Was mostly nicely remodeled and homely and comfortable. And also very easy to get to the beach. I would also go back there in the future next time I go to Myrtle Beach. Thanks to Connie for the stay.

July 4th week

Loved talking to owner. She was the sweetest lady. And shout out to Tina for checking up on us and our arrival. Enjoyed speaking with her as well. Family had a wonderful time and my grandbaby is definitely a water baby. He loved both the beach and pool. Quiet at night. Family oriented. Loved our getaway.

We liked the beach so much we decided to purchase a condo here! We love this unit at A Place At The Beach IV! We take very good care of the property and personally inspect it multiple times each year to ensure it remains in top condition for our guests.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We wanted a place that was located on the ocean front for easy access to the beach. Someplace close enough to all the 'Grand Strand' venues so that one could enjoy those busier areas when they wanted to, but far enough away to provide a quiet private retreat. The Shore Drive area is the perfect location - tucked away from all the noise and hustle, but still nearby everything we like to do. It is truly a well-kept secret! Shhh!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Although there are many amenities at A Place At The Beach IV, I'd like to share something my family loves about this area that you won't hear mentioned by many other people. Just a short walk south down the beach you will find a large inlet which feeds into a tidal pool. This is a wonderful natural area which is virtually unspoiled by development. My children and grandchildren simply love wading in the tidal pools and walking over the sand dunes. You can find fish, crabs, mollusks, and other indigenous wildlife! It is also a great place to find beautiful seashells!
