The condo was clean and well stocked. The view from the patio was absolutely gorgeous. The location is great. You walk right out onto the white sand beach.

As stated nice welcome basketball. Everything was nice. Not a knock on the properties but, I wish their was a screen on sliding glass door to hear those waves roll in :)

The condo was really nice but could use a face lift and a good cleaning, hardly any water pressure in the second bathroom shower. The room with the bunk beds is very small but over all it’s a nice floor plan. We absolutely love the location and complex. Very easy to get your beach chairs and umbrella included with your stay. This is our second summer staying here but different unit. We will definitely be returning to Sunrise Beach Resort.

It was a very nice place. Hall bath shower didn’t work so it took 40 hour to get it fixed, waiting around wasn’t good for that. Trim work at place was dirty and key hole on door was broken so when someone knocked on are door at 10:00pm was terrifying. We just told him we didn’t order anything and he went away. washing machine we had to play with it to get it to work, we would go back in and check our laundry and it didn’t even start yet so we played with the knobs and restarted it and usually got it going. There was sand in the spare bedrooms bed so we just rewash the sheets. The towels smelled terrible so we rewash the towels, but it was a very nice view. Pool was nice. Beach was perfect. The chairs were nice that you got with the room even though the people who pay for them get first come first serve so you gotta watch out setting up too early as somebody can pay for one and take your chairs right away. Overall was a very nice place for the price. The location was nice. It was well stocked.

Hi Debra, I will speak to my cleaner regarding the issues you had with the bed and towels, my apologies for that. We were able to get someone to fix the diverter on the guest shower less than 24 hours of you notifying us, on a Sunday. All washing machines and dryers are a little bit different, glad you were able to use them as needed. We strive to make sure that every guest has a pleasant experience while staying at our unit. I’m glad you felt that it was well stocked and had a beautiful view, we agree :).

The condo was lovely, well equipped and clean. Sari was a pleasant and easy to work with, we had no issues during our stay and really enjoyed the room. Security does not allow kids to throw any balls in the pool whatsoever which was a bummer for our 12 year old son…. But that could be a benefit for others I suppose.

The unit was clean and beautiful. My elderly in laws were very comfortable in the living room and outdoor seating options! All the beds were comfortable, even the pull out sofa got good reviews from my 9yr old! The owner was absolutely wonderful to work with and easily available and eager to help with a wifi issue we had and any questions! We will definitely be coming back next year!

We stayed 15 days. It was wonderful. The view is amazing. The host responded promptly and courteously. However, we had two issues. The water pressure in small bathroom was extremely weak. We all had to shower in the master bathroom. Also, it says beach service included, but there were no beach chairs or umbrella when we wanted to sit on the beach.

there were only 6 bath towels & 2 pool towels for 5 people. There wasn’t enough toilet paper (3 rolls), paper towels (1 roll) & garbage bags (2) of which we had to buy ourselves. The diverter on the tubs were really hard to pull up & we let the host know this. The toaster was broke - we bought a new one & the host compensated us. T

Hi John, I'm sorry for the confusion. A typical airbnb only provides the necessities to get by for the first few days and it is the renters responsibility to buy whatever else is needed. There are always towels underneath the bathroom sinks. I wish you would have let me know this during our communication and I could have fixed this. I hope you were able to enjoy your time, regardless of these issues!
