The Lux Modern Estate was perfect for my golf trip with the fellas. The location was great, minutes away from Downtown and all the P.S. golf courses. Rooms were comfortable, each with its own bathroom. And the entire property flowed very nicely from inside to outside. Communication with the host was great, and he was very thorough and informative when giving us a tour of the property. Would definitely consider staying here again!

The house was very clean and I could relax immediately without feeling the need to wipe counters and wash kitchen dishes before using. Great design of house with 3 separate bedroom areas so everyone had their own space. Plenty of seating and areas to relax inside and out. The pool was great and the shallow area for small children, a hit.

Great house with massive professional kitchen. The six bedrooms with 7 baths is hard to find anywhere. Two families can easily stay comfortably and outdoor space is the best!

The house had everything we needed and more including 2 washer and dryers, 3 dishwashers, 3 refrigerators, and every cooking pot, pan, dish and knife you would ever need. The rooms were spacious for our group of 9 adults snd 1 toddler and we loved the outside amenities. The pool and spa were very well maintained, clean and perfect temps. The location is in a quiet neighbor that is a reasonable walk or short drive to the main downtown and easy access to the airport (about 10ish minutes)Keith is an exceptional host with tons of local knowledge. I highly recommend this VRBO!

Thanksgiving Week with Family

This was a wonderful home inside and out. We had as many as 12 people at one time and the house accommodated that easily. Highly recommended.

So much fun for our friends and family-as always.

The house remains the best rental in Vista Las Palmas for it's view, the pool and how beautifully Keith/Bruce maintain it. It's location between Vista las Palmas and Old las Palmas affords a lot of wonderful walks, close to great hikes and the restaurants downtown. You will not find a better equipped kitchen indoors and out for your group. Highly highly recommend.

Best Long Weekend Ever! Gorgeous quiet neighborhood. Classic Palm Springs

I celebrated our 50th birthday here in Palm Springs for three nights and loved staying at this home! We walked to town two of the days and really enjoyed all the beautiful homes in this quiet and classic 1960s neighborhood! All bedrooms and living spaces are decorated adorably and it very spacious backyard for a group of 10 or 12! Kitchen was top notch! Love :-)

Palm Springs Paradise

House exceeded expectations. The pictures are great but wait until you see it in person! So much to do in Palm Springs but hard to leave this beautiful home. Keith was awesome, check in was a breeze! House is well stocked with anything you need. Everything super organized, if I ran a VRBO business I would replicate what these guys do. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Palm Springs Paradise

Spent a wonderful, busy 9 days at Keith's property in the Vista Las Palmas neighborhood. The outdoor space was perfect for our family and friends and the house was super comfortable. We had a small dinner party catered by DesertDine, who commented that it was perhaps the best equipped kitchen they have worked in. Keith was a perfect host and we would not hesitate to stay at any of his properties again. Thank you, Keith.

Outstanding!

Words and pictures don't adequately capture how great a house this is. It's the kind of house that makes you smile the moment you walk in. The decor is stylish and cheerful. Plenty of common spaces for gathering. (The dining table was perfect for our group of 12.) Each of the bedrooms offered excellent privacy and comfort. The pool and sauna were just awesome. And the fire pit was great for both evening drinks and morning coffee. (From the fire pit, there's a lovely view of the nearby mountains. Watching the morning light hit those mountains is something special.) Perhaps the best part is the friendly support from the owner/manager, Keith. He was always timely, super kind, and very helpful. I cannot recommend this house enough.

Amazing wow-factor home in the perfect location! After a last-minute, unexpected issue with a prior booking and with four of us already checked-in for our flights, I booked the Lux Modern Estate for the four of us for an extended weekend the day before arrival. Within minutes of my request to book, the host responded. All of the details about the home and check-in were explained up-front which gave me complete peace of mind. And we were given some great recommendations for local restaurants to try as well. The host met us on arrival and gave us the complete house tour, which was very much appreciated given the extensive list of amenities. We each enjoyed our own private bedroom and bathroom with rooms to spare. The entire home is setup for entertaining with multiple seating areas, sinks, dishwashers, an outdoor kitchen/BBQ, and firepit. It's truly the perfect location for a larger group but felt cozy for the four of us as well. The backyard is a paradise with pool, jacuzzi, putting green and complete privacy. Each morning we enjoyed walks through the historical neighborhood passing by the homes once owned by Marilyn Monroe, Kurt Douglas, and Elvis among others. I highly recommend this beautiful property for anyone looking for a prime Palm Springs location and a gracious, responsive host.

Property had us oooing and awing walking through the door. Finding a place that can satisfy 11 members of our family is usually a challenge. One of the best things, especially to 4 women, was the kitchen. Layout, supplies and appliances made food and prep so quick and easy.Bedrooms suites were amazing and other bedrooms modern and adequate. Have to say bathrooms were very interesting.Pool time was inviting for everyone. More than enough places and furniture to sit or lay outside or in the pool.Thanks for one of our best stays in the desert!

This sets the bar very high

Our first VRBO experience and it was far beyond our expectations. The home was a perfect place to gather with family and friends from all over the country. Every detail was covered. Cooking Thanksgiving dinner was a blast in this fabulous kitchen. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire pit, putting green, hiking nearby, walks around the neighborhood and into town, local restaurants and shops, and just hanging around the beautiful house. Five stars, plus , plus, plus!

A Vacation Paradise

This is an awesome vacation property that reflects the mid century modern architecture and Palm Springs beauty. The outside is like a fabulous resort and the estate is truly magnificent with all the amenities and decor you could dream of for a fantastic vacation. The owner is friendly, accessible and accommodating as well. We shall return!

We enjoyed this property so much. The home literally had everything we needed and more. Fully stocked pantry, extra ice maker, 2 sinks, toiletries etc. Keith was so nice and attentive. We will definitely be back!!

We have been coming for years now because of the wonderful location of this property. It’s layout which is perfect for family groups and the peaceful view of the mountains which we love. Excellent

From booking time to check out time, the hosts were amazing!! They answered every question and everything was just like they described. We were pretty concerned about the quiet ordinance because there were 9 of us. It really was not a problem at all. You will definitely have a great time at Keith and Bruce’s places!

The best house in Palm Springs

This home is gorgeous, meticulously maintained, and in a perfect location for enjoying downtown as well as the mountain trails. Keith is the best vacation rental owner I have ever experienced. He’s responsive, easy to work with, thoughtful about the renter experience, and has equipped his houses so they have everything you need. This is also a rare house that is even better in person than in the photos. There is a ton of room for a group, a nice kitchen for cooking or catering, and a great lounge space around the pool. And - no challenges with the pool heat or spa heat. It was wonderful. We will be back again!!

Fabulous Palm Springs home and stay

First class home in great neighborhood with every amenity that you could want. The kitchen is fully kitted out with multiple sets of dishes pots pans glassware appliances and virtually anything that you need to cook for and entertain a large crowd. Pool area was beautiful and restful. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and extra towels for all. Very stylish decor. Located in an older classic Palm Springs neighborhood that is convenient to everything. So much to do in that area. My whole family including dogs had a wonderful stay. We did have a toddler with us and the house is not truly suitable for small children but we did what we needed to do to keep him safe. Highly recommend this home for rental! Would love to return again.
