Vårt moderna har massor av fönster med expansiv sjöutsikt. Golvplanen och katedralen tak ger detta hus en öppen luftig känsla med gott om utrymme för att sätta upp fötterna. Det finns eld ved för mysiga nätter vid elden. Vi har en 55 tums 3D HD-TV med internet och Netflix. Eller du kan titta på en DVD från vår samling. Vi levererar till och med 8 set 3D-glasögon! Sovrummet är perfekt för barnen att spela Xbox, titta på TV eller spela brädspel. Källaren har ett bordtennisbord och ett airhockeybord.

Titta på spektakulära solnedgångar från vippbänk på vår privata brygga, eller njut av ett glas vin på bakdäcken. Det finns en Weber grill och eldgrop med grillplatta för alla dina grillbehov. Läs en bok medan du sitter på vår utomhusgunga eller ta en tupplur på hängmatta. Din vistelse inkluderar också 3 kajaker, en peddlebåt, roddbåt med åror och en trollmotor. Det finns även däckrör för att flyta runt på vår svimmbara sjö.

Vi erbjuder 5 gratis badges för gemenskapens strand, pool och lekplats som ligger mindre än 5 minuters promenad nerför gatan.

Vi är en 10 minuters bilresa till Shop Rite, WalMart, restauranger, golf och mycket mer. Och 20 minuter (eller mindre) till Camelback (skid- / vattenpark), Kalahari vattenparker, The Crossing outlet mall och andra Pocono favorites.

The lake house was clean, comfortable, dog friendly and had a great view of the lake. The owner provided many amenities on property such as kayaks, boat with trolling motor, fishing rods, life jackets, board games, ping pong table , shuffle board, blue tooth speakers, firewood, fire pit and grill. The kitchen was well equipped. We were there Friday through Monday and didn’t leave the property/neighborhood. Lovely lake for kayaking and fishing. The house and property are set up for family fun and relaxing. Would definitely go there again.

We had a wonderful week with our grandson at this lovely lakeside house! Swimming, boating, fishing, ping-pong, tennis, board games--we did it all. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Note: there are some nice community facilities (swimming pools, beach, mini-golf, etc.) but you have to pay a separate fee per person per day which adds up to a lot over the week.

Beautiful week

My family of 7 had a great week here at this beautiful place. Everything was made easy with great directions and communication from the owner Nick! House was clean,thoroughly enjoyed the kayaking and boating. We had our dog with and im pretty sure he enjoyed his stay as much as us if not more.

Peaceful lake house

Fantastic place and lots of nice touches. We had a heat wave and thunderstorms and were comfortable and plenty to do! The lake is fantastic to kayak on and fish from. Check in at the welcome center is a bit chaotic. Be prepared to wait in line. Homeowners had everything ready so our actual check in was really smooth.

Beautiful and cozy

I like everything about this lake house. It's beautiful and cozy. It provided us everything we needed. Even though we couldn't kayaking as much bc of the rain, we had fun playing ping pong, shuffleboard…The best part was relaxing and gathering together around the fireplace. Nick and Jill were very responsive to all requests. Thank you for the beautiful vacation

Relaxing on the lake

Nice clean property on the lake. Having a boat with a trolling motor was perfect for fishing on the lake.

Fishing was great

This property was great for family with young children and a dog. Just found the community a little sketchy. Alot of abandon properties, and other properties that were not well cared for. Amenities were somewhat outdated and showed wear. Never found all the parts for fish finder. But we had fun and and relaxed

Great week.

Great place to stay. Everything as described. Our grandchildren loved the watercraft and water toys. When our friends came up we caught lots of fish. Kitchen counters could use an upgrade.

Week Long Family Vacation

It was perfect for our group. We travelled with two kids (8 & 12) and their grandmother. The lake was very accessible, the 12 year old loved the boats, and the owners were responsive.

Perfect getaway!

This lake house was hands down THE best property I've ever vacationed at in the Poconos. I've been renting homes in the Poconos for the past 20 years and have never stayed in the same one twice; however, this will be the first home we will be returing to again. Nick and Jill were amazing hosts, VERY attentive, thoughtful, and accomodating. The house was clean, spacious, and stocked with anything we needed. The basement has lots of fun things to do-the kids loved it. My teenage daughters spent lots of time sitting on the dock, fishing, and chilling in the hammock. Fishing was hit or miss, but that's why they call it fishing, not catching. The floating dock was great to fish from and the beach access was perfect for the kayaks. Speaking of water vessels, the rowboat with the motor (we didn't use, but loved having the option), the multiple kayaks available (we brough our own), and the peddle boat were all fantastic amenities of the house. Most appreciated were the pet accomodations: the deck on the back of the house had a sliding gate that safely contained our 2-1/2 year old Great Dane puppy who would sit on the deck for hours watching the many deer that visited the property. We will certainly be back again next year, if not sooner!!

A Piece Of Peace

This was such a relaxing weekend away from the city…it rained the whole weekend but we still enjoyed every minute of it together in this house there was games, movies & the fireplace was a plus, the coziness of it was everything my daughter wanted for her birthday. My kids are already asking to go back for the summer. Thank you Nick and Jill

The view of the lake is beautiful, the house is cute and has everything you need. The game room downstairs is a blast. Beds are very firm and not comfortable.

Lovely Lakefront Stay

We had a great week at this lake house! Nick and Jill were so accommodating. The layout was perfect for our family of 4 with tons of space to relax. We loved the kayaking and paddle boating. We saw tons of wildlife including 3 fawns that walked through the yard. There is a large pool a 5 minute walk away which is great for kids. We spent every evening sitting down on the dock and enjoying the sunsets. A great place for a summer getaway!

Varför värden valde detta boende

This is our second house on this lake(check out HomeAway #202448). When this house came up for sale I knew we had to have it. It was foreclosed and empty for 2 years. But had a lot of potential. Almost every part of this house is new... furnace, hot water heater, stove, refrigerator, paint, carpet, roof, etc

Location, Location, Location. Whether it's boats in the summer or just not having houses in your back yard have a house on the lake makes all the difference.
