Please note: There is currently construction taking place at the exterior of the building, which has moved to the side facing this unit, also overlooking the pool. The pool will remain open, but guests in this unit can expect disturbances from construction noises Monday to Friday, during the morning and afternoon. Prices have been reduced to reflect this inconvenience. Guests choosing to stay at this property should be comfortable with the ongoing construction work.

These repairs will result in excessive noise from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Guests who confirm their bookings acknowledge that they have read this disclaimer and are aware that this work will be taking place, and they agree to this condition.

The prices have been adjusted to reflect discounts, and the rates are more competitive due to this inconvenience. As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
