Our team sincerely appreciates your honest feedback and are glad that overall you had a mostly nice stay. However, we are very sorry to hear about these issues that impacted your return visit. First, we apologize for any issues with the floor cleaning, kitchen sink, etc. We take cleanliness very seriously and this is not standard feedback for our fabulous housekeeping team. If you were to stay with us again, please don't hesitate to reach out so we can make those things right. The last thing we want is a guest having to purchase supplies and clean during their vacation. Second, the ceiling issue was an unexpected issue and we apologize for that adding further inconvenience. Thankfully, the plumber was able to fix the leak but we did not know the ceiling would be left in that condition. In our experience, they usually cover holes needing to be repaired with a temporary access panel. Lastly, we were sorry to hear that your mom struggled with the location of the second parking spot. We wish we had known she was disabled as we could have done some extra checking with the building's parking lot before offering the nearby off-site option. As mentioned in the listing, this complex is limited and each condo is only given one designated spot but we would have loved to have helped her if we had known. In conclusion, we truly are sorry for these disappointments and hope you will still keep our property in mind for the future.

Thanks again for being our guest last week! We were surprised to hear about the work taking place upstairs, and are genuinely sorry for that disruption. The association had not given us any advance notice, so we are looking into it to find out more information for any upcoming guests. Please know that in the future our team is always available to assist you 24/7 if any issues come up. We're glad that overall you felt the condo was very nice and we hope that you'll still consider us for a future visit!
