The space
Arriving to The Ridge Trail Palace you will see a beautiful stone fountain and complimenting it a large tree in the front yard.

Entering the home you’ll first see the living-room equipped with a 5 seater sofa and a decorative wall mirror with a coffee table in the center of the room. You might be wondering where the T.V is thats because instead of a T.V this large living-room comes with a projector giving you the cinema experience!

Exiting the living-room you will enter the kitchen and dining-room. The kitchen comes with everything you’ll need for any type of dinner from cups to pans and utensils and everything in between. In the center of the dining room is 6 seater table.

Upstairs you will find all 4 bedrooms with the master bedroom having an office space and a 43 in Roku TV for streaming your favorite movies. Upstairs you will also find the play room where you will see a ping pong table and a dart board at your disposal.

Exiting the dining room through the backdoor is the indoor patio. Centering this indoor patio is a picnic table perfect for extra guests when having large dinners or cookouts!

Opening the back door to the indoor patio is the backyard that comes with another picnic table and a BBQ pit for those carne asadas!

This home has free parking with plenty of spaces. There is a 2 car garage and if you open the side gate you could fit up to 6 cars on the property alone.
