Great stay!

Our family loved our stay at the property! We love the whaler and its convenient and fun location. This property had most everything we needed. We would have liked another blanket and pillow as we had 4 in room and utilized the pull out sofa. Other than that it had all conveniences needed. Showers in bathrooms could use updating;it was hard to keep water from leaking out. Comfy bed and comfy pull out. Thank you for an awesome vacation!

First Timers at the Whaler

We have been to Maui numerous times, but this was our first experience at the Whaler Resort. We loved our unit and it was a described. You cannot beat the location. There were only two of us but it was a bonus having the extra bathroom. We had a wrap around lanai with a partial ocean view and beautiful mountain view. The condo was spacious and the bed was super comfy. We were a little concerned about not having a w/d but there was a community one on the floor and we never saw anyone use it but us. The grounds were beautiful! There is a pool area, spa, gym and sauna. My husband enjoyed the Koi pond. We love Maui and will definitely look for availability at the Whaler the next time we visit.

Nice place no extras!

Beautiful view, clean, newly renovated. No extras at all! We love staying at the Whaler property every year and have stayed in many in different units. Most Hosts give a little welcome gift with island coffee or chocolates but not here. In fact, since the place is so new there are no extras (eg: beach chairs, snorkel gear, floats ect.) not even coffee filters as in other places we stayed. The hair dryer provided was a mini budget travel one that hardly worked. The bed was made up with sheets only, no comforter cover, or blanket or duvet. Blankets were in the closet. For the price of this unit I was expecting a better attention to the detail.
