Gå ut på stranden för att titta på kvällssolnedgången, höra måsarna gråta eller lyssna på brisen som släpper igenom palmen och papaya. Fabulous beachfront location! Small shower, uncomfortable bed.

The beachfront location is wonderful. Would stay again if they get a new mattress and a hand sprayer for the tight shower.

Great Little Place

Loved the property and the area is not nearly as busy as other Florida coastal towns. The cottage is ideal for a couple. Many great dining spots in Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater.

Bungalow Trip

The view

This place has the perfect spot! If you want to walk out the door to the beach this is the place for you. Cozy place to stay. This is our second time here. The only thing is the laundry area could use some TLC.

Cottage on beach

The location was amazing. VIEW AMAZING. Cottage was cute,Homey.But run down,and very dirty.sofa bed matrices horrible, all shades,window where broke and need of replace mentEverything you need to prepare meals.

Right on the beach!

This little cottage was perfect for our stay. We loved it! Very quiet and relaxing. And so close to the beach! I should have counted the steps, but it couldn’t have been more than 20. We had a great blue heron visit us 2 days in a row and once more later in the week. As other reviews may have mentioned, the shower is small, but I expected that and thought it was absolutely fine.

Great location. Had everything we needed.

This place is in the perfect location. Walk or ride bikes to everything. The beach is big and beautiful and just steps away. We had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable. The only drawback is the shower. It is very very small and the nob would turn and turn so finding warm water was difficult. There was also someone's long hair attached to the inside of it so it could have been cleaned better. Overall a great stay.

Are time at Binnies.

I was in awe walking in,it looked awesome. However after being there a short time it all showed.Putting thing away found top of fridge dirty with alot of stuff up on top.Went into beroom and fan was off,and had about half inch of dust on it.Was afraid to turn it on But to keep it cool in there we turned it on ,and hoped for the best.lol, itwas all good.I just think for the price they charge ,that the cleanliness should have been there.Its outdated a little.But all in all we enjoyed it.

10/5 would live on the beach for a week again

This place was fantastic. Perfect location. Sunset visible from the patio. Worth every penny. The locals are super friendly. Highly recommend checking out John's Pass while you're in the area and Hubbards Marina for all of your fishing needs. The only minor complaint would be that the screen door is an excellent way to remove the skin from your heel. That thing is a hazard. A new hydraulic would go a long way (you can buy them on Amazon for about $20). Also the grill was super janky - we ended up not using it at all. For anyone interested Amazon handles their own deliveries in the area so if you forget your special pillow (like me!) they will drop one off right at the cottage door if you instruct them to.

Binnies Beach Bungalow

Bungalow was small but very clean. The refrigerator needs to be replaced or at least painted as our initial thought when we entered was that the place wasn’t clean. The linens were missing from the bed and a bag of old linens were by the door, turns out the staff thought we weren’t checking in until our checkout date but it was quickly resolved. The shower - super super super tiny. If you want to be clean below the waist use the outdoor shower. Would help if the property owner / manager added a handheld shower head to help offset the size of the shower. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked but we didn’t come to cook. Proximity to the beach / water was the selling point for us! The water is only a few short steps from the dunes. The bungalow is only a few short steps over the the dunes to the sand. The sunsets were amazing. The beach was never crowded and there wasn’t a lot of activity or people going past our bungalow but we stayed there at the end of the season. Overall we loved the place and would love to stay again if the shower situation is ever resolved.

Extremely disappointed in appearance of cottage overgrown with weeds!

Weeds were allowed to grow across the front of house making it difficult to get into house without chiggers jumping all over. Had to take out my scissors to trim a path right in front of house. Sofa & pillows dirty. Sheets on bed were old & pilled, but found some newer sheets& changed them. Bed had bad mattress. A roach ran across floor…bought roach mobiles & placed 6 around. Rusted refrigerator, but fine inside. This place has so much potential!!! It is a shame that the owner is letting it go so badly. It needs refreshing and painting in many places. A really cute place, cozy environment, great view and enjoyed side poach while relaxing. We called and asked for someone to come & trim down the weeds that were even overflowing near the car space, but no one came to trim down the overgrowth. Sad that the picture advertised was not what we discovered and that should not be allowed!! We took pictures.

Great location; however, dirty inside, wornout mattress with outside furniture rusted through! This should be a 5 star rating due to location being able to walkout side to the ocean in less than 30 seconds. The first thing I noticed was how dirty the front door, painted blue with evidence of expoxy painted over, with the inside painted white and dirty and was all the baseboard. The mattress is a bit rough, lumpy and wornout. It was a rough week of rest. The sheets are of poor quality. We typically do a lot of eating in on vacation and with only one trash bag in trash can and no replacement it created a problem. According to property owner information, "This cottage is self-catering, however we do provide bed linens and bath towels, along with a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish liquid and garbage bags. These items are NOT replenished." Only one roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of tolietpaper and as mentioned, 1 trashbag which was in can. The patio furniture was ok except for the frame of one chase lounger is rusted all the way through. On the plus side, great location with close proximity to beach and restaurants.

Mixed Review

This is a very cute cottage. Location was very nice. Quiet; off the "beaten path". Dog park right across the street with a recycling station and board walk for humans. There have been a number of cosmetic updates done which were very nice - ceiling fans, Roku with many stations. However, the cottage needs some major work. The pictures on VRBO were evidently for staging purposes. So, don't expect that you will find the cottage like the pictures. Our experience included: dirty dishes in the cupboard, DEAD mouse inside the oven, no linens or blankets for the extremely uncomfortable fold-out bed (they were delivered after we asked for them late at night). On our second day, the stove/oven unit stopped working. A used unit was brought after 3 days and it did work with some quirks. We did have a few warm days, but upon opening the windows we found that none of them would stay up. One of the very helpful maintenance people gave us some sticks to put in the windows. Outdoors - very nice deck and porch. The lounge chairs are quite rusted - we used them gingerly. The plastic picnic table will not support 6 adults. The grill was very nice to have! The outdoor shower does work, but the handle for the foot part is completely broken off. No way to use it. The washer and dryer were very nice to have and worked well. I will end with the info that the management company did monetarily compensate us for the days with no way to cook. I greatly appreciated that and their willingness to compensate us. Overall, we had a nice stay, but will not be coming back to the cottage.

Great location, not that clean

Literally beach front. Kitchen cleanliness was not up to standard. Had to spent time cleaning kitchen before use. Quality of mattress is poor. Blinds broken and don't work. Windows rotting out so they don't open or shut well. Window screens missing.
