You will love the gourmet kitchen, lofted ceilings, en-suite baths and a top floor patio with mountain views! Enjoy the shared outdoor pool/hot tub & gym. Easy access to Canyons Village restaurants as well as just a 5 min walk to Ski-in/ Ski- out at Cabriolet Ski Lift! Main Street is just a 10 minute free transit ride.

The condo - 3rd floor (top floor of building) with separate ski storage in hallway, garaged parking for 2 cars.
Open living area - This condo features an open kitchen/living/dining area with beautifully lofted ceilings with skylights that add light and space to this modern condo.

The open living room has a patio with views of Park City Valley and Canyons resort. There are 2 chairs, a high top table and grill on patio.

Master bedroom features King sized bed, fireplace, double vanity, walk-in shower with bench and 43 inch smart TV.
Second bedroom features queen size bed as well as an oversized chair that pulls out to a twin size bed. bathroom features tub, and double vanity. 43 inch smart tv.
The modern kitchen features Viking appliances (including a gas stove), a beautiful farmhouse sink and quartz countertops. Counter seats 4 as well as dining table seats 4.
-multiple options for coffee; drip, Keurig and Nespresso.
-Fully stocked with supplies as well as Crock pot and blender.
Private Balcony has outdoor furniture and a gas powered grill.
Enjoy the shared pool/ hot tub/ and gym from 8 am to 10 pm year round!
