This is a private 3rd floor (2 sets stairs) apartment of multifamily house in South Orange. Note the 2nd set of stairs are inside the apartment.

This is a flex 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. The 2nd bedroom is set up as a living room but the couch pulls into a bed or you can inflate the air bed and make it a bedroom.

Due to the sloping ceiling in the bathroom, this is best for people 6’2” or shorter. The rest the ceilings are tall (7 foot +).

Laundry in unit.
The space
This is a 3rd floor flex 2 bedroom apartment. The second bedroom is set up as a living room , but the couch pulls out to a bed or air bed can be used in that room. The second bedroom has a door that closes for privacy and a closet .

Please note that this apartment is 2 floors up and that the second set of stairs are in the apartment itself.

Also note that the bathroom is on the smaller side. The bathroom door is low (you may have to duck to get in) and the bathroom ceiling is best for people 6 foot 2 and under.

There is a full kitchen, with electric stove and combined washer/dryer. Laundry is private and in unit.
