You'll have plenty of yard space for your favorite summer games and bonfires on the 3 acre parcel. Create your perfect up-north memories singing campfire songs and making s'mores around the firepit. This property is nestled among the hilltop trees and provides a night sky perfect for stargazing. Or, take a nice soak in the hot tub on those chilly northern evenings. This property is also located near many local tourist attractions: Platte River known for it’s tubing and kayaking is a short 7 mile drive up M22. Leland County known for the Sleeping Bear National National Lakeshore and it’s many local wineries is 22 miles away. Traverse City, known as the Cherry Capital of the world, and its quaint downtown shopping area is 31 miles east of Frankfort. Crystal Mountain is 14 miles from here for summer golf or winter skiing. Driving south down M22 for 15 miles brings you to Arcadia Bluffs, a professionally renowned golf course, on the bluffs of Lake Michigan.
