Parrotdise is located on Oleander Drive in Panama City Beach, Florida. This area consists only of beach cottages that range from the 1940's to Brand New multi-million dollar homes!
The private beach that this home is located on is rarely crowded due to the lack of high density high rises or hotels nearby. This is the perfect location for your relaxing beach vacation!
The Villa at Parrotdise is in the heart of Panama City Beach and nearby favorite local cuisine, family fun attractions, grocery stores and exciting night life!
It's private, comfortable, clean and well stocked!

Beautiful Beachfront Pool (heated at additional cost) (Saltwater pool is heated to a max of 80 degrees)
There is no hot tub. The hot tub area is considered a water feature. Water is same temp as the pool.
Don't worry about parking! There's enough parking for 5 vehicles!

The first floor presents large windows overlooking the patio and the beach. You'll notice the tall ceilings and recessed lighting.
To the right, the kitchen area is large enough to cook a meal for the whole family! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need to prepare all of your favorites and state of the art appliances.
The kitchen overlooks the living and dining room open concept so you can be a part of everything while you prepare meals.
There is plenty of kitchen table space (2); as well as, eat in bar space!
The living room has a large smart TV, comfy chairs and a cozy electric fireplace!
