Hobble Creek Golf Course 5 min 18-hole par 71 championship golf course. Frisbee golf is also 10 min away in jollyâs ranch.
Shops and healthy locally owned restaurants are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. BYU and UVU Located 25 min.

From Jacksonville Florida, I enjoy living in Utah's most amazing endless playground, skiing, camping, boating, jeeping, hiking , most of all being a mama and grandma. I have a large greenhouse and chickens in the back of the property, that I love cultivating the land and gardening Iâm excited to provide a safe, fun positive fully stocked apartment.

Safe, Quiet and serene, great neighbors, country feeling, no nightlights which makes evening walk and stargazing so fun, tennis, pickle ball and parks very close, cool breeze every night.
