The condo was directly across the road to the beach access walkway, and in easy walking distance. Also, the JW Marriott was across the street, so it provided nice restaurants and views. Bill, the owner of the condo, told us about the wonderful sunset views at Tesoro in the Marriott which is a roof top restaurant. We went in September which is off season, so it was quiet. Which is nice. The condo was clean and really easy to check in. The price was pretty reasonable compared to the hotels. Bill the owner was very responsive and communicated well. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Bill.

The room was perfect and very clean. The beach access is right in front of the building which was very convenient. The host Bill was incredible with the information he provided and how quickly he would respond to any questions I had. This was really a 10/10 experience and cannot wait to stay here again.

This condo is a must-stay for a couples weekend getaway! It’s clean, comfortable, quiet and SO convenient to the beach!! Bill has been a fabulous host and very easy to chat with (answering questions and checking in to make sure everything was going well!). The beach access is right across the street which was so perfect for us. The house comes equipped with everything you need and is truly the perfect spot for a Marco Island visit. Something to keep in mind that I was confused about (this has NOTHING to do with Bill as a host/the condo but VRBO!!!!), because he is located in Canada, it will charge your card in CAD which threw me for a loop. He was VERY informative and kind about my questions around it but just wanted others to know - VRBO does show a small message about it before you complete booking which I missed the first time. That should NOT deter you from booking this place as VRBO did charge me correctly when I converted to USD. 10/10 recommend this condo and will be referring my friends to it!!! Thanks for everything, Bill!

The host worked with us through a schedule change and communicated with us at each step of the way. This is a great location, right across the street from the beach access and central on the island for other amenities. The unit had all the essentials we needed for our trip.

The owners were very accommodating, the condo was very clean and well kept and the location was perfect for the beach and walking to restaurants.

Lovely condo - great location

We very much enjoyed our stay. The furniture was very comfortable. We enjoyed the patio out front. It was great to have a wagon with chairs, umbrella etc for an easy walk to the beach (right across the street). Looking forward to staying again!!

Marco Island getaway!

Perfect location! Right in the middle of the island so You can access both south and north Marco island. Beach walk over access is right in front of the condo. Absolutely beautiful beaches. Super condo, just the right size for a weekend getaway!

This condo is ideal for a getaway and the location is ideal to get to the beach or the center of town. Bill was great to work with and very attentive. I highly recommend this property!

Relaxing Couples Getaway

Nice condo complex. Great pool area, convenient access to the beach and close proximity to popular island restaurants. Charming condo and well equipped. Owner was very responsive and accommodating.

Great condo

My husband and I had a great stay at this condo. It was so clean, comfortable and the perfect location. The access to the beach was great and the balcony was the perfect spot to sit and enjoy a drink. Very peaceful.Communication with the owner (Bill) was fantastic…very responsive, helpful and full of recommendations.

Lovely stay

This property is a cute little condo within walking distance from the beach. We got to see dolphins almost every day right in front of the access. Bill was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the location and how quiet the unit was, we will be back.

Great place.

Very comfortable and clean. Close to restaurants etc.The listing states ocean and beach views however you do have to walk a few hundred yards to see the beach and ocean. Overall a great place to stay. Would definitely do it again.

Perfect for rest and relaxation

Loved this condo,very clean, quite, location was perfect, walk to beautiful beach. No college spring breakers here. We had a few concerns when we arrived that we reached out to Bill about, he was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

30th Anniversary

Awesome location. Easy walk to the beach and multiple dinners. Everything was clean and worked well. Beach closet fully stocked with wagon, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach toys. Would stay here again.

Great apartment, close to JW marriott for event!

Bill's condo was perfect for my short business trip to Marco island. The event I was attending was at the JW Marriott, easily walkable right across the street. The apartment is clean and spacious with a nice pool and tennis court in the complex as well.
