Perfect Location

This condo is absolutely adorable, clean, well maintained and has a huge balcony, perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or watching an evening Florida summer thunderstorm! The perfect location for a girls' trip and shelling weekend with easy access to the beach and incredibly proactive advice and support from our host! Highly recommend and we'd definitely stay here the next time we're in Marco. Thank you Bill for being so fabulous!

Great condo

My husband and I had a great stay at this condo. It was so clean, comfortable and the perfect location. The access to the beach was great and the balcony was the perfect spot to sit and enjoy a drink. Very peaceful.Communication with the owner (Bill) was fantastic…very responsive, helpful and full of recommendations.

Marco Island getaway!

Perfect location! Right in the middle of the island so You can access both south and north Marco island. Beach walk over access is right in front of the condo. Absolutely beautiful beaches. Super condo, just the right size for a weekend getaway!

We loved our stay at Marco Island, enjoying a relaxing ten days just walking distance to the beach! Lovely condo - great location

We very much enjoyed our stay. The furniture was very comfortable. We enjoyed the patio out front. It was great to have a wagon with chairs, umbrella etc for an easy walk to the beach (right across the street). Looking forward to staying again!!

Great place.

Very comfortable and clean. Close to restaurants etc.The listing states ocean and beach views however you do have to walk a few hundred yards to see the beach and ocean. Overall a great place to stay. Would definitely do it again.

Great apartment, close to JW marriott for event!

Bill's condo was perfect for my short business trip to Marco island. The event I was attending was at the JW Marriott, easily walkable right across the street. The apartment is clean and spacious with a nice pool and tennis court in the complex as well.

This was the perfect location. Access to the beach was across the street. Loved walking the beach, collecting shells... Our week was filled with great weather, restaurants and activities.

Lovely stay

This property is a cute little condo within walking distance from the beach. We got to see dolphins almost every day right in front of the access. Bill was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the location and how quiet the unit was, we will be back.

30th Anniversary

Awesome location. Easy walk to the beach and multiple dinners. Everything was clean and worked well. Beach closet fully stocked with wagon, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach toys. Would stay here again.

Beach lovers dream

This property was everything we could have asked for to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. We spent four amazing days, laying pool side, watching a short distance to the most amazing beach, and eating some amazing local cuisine! We are already looking to go back next year! Thanks Again

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Bill’s property. The location can’t be beat. We walked across the street to the beach every day. The beach chairs/umbrellas etc were a huge bonus! We walked to dinner most nights. Communication with Bill was almost instant. Highly recommend!

Had a 6 day visit from Illinois

My husband and I stayed at this property for 6 days. It is quiet, cozy, and clean. Appreciated all of the needs and wants for the beach in the closet. The short walk to the beach is perfect parking area was close and great. Bill checked in with us and that was a nice gesture. Would recommend this property and stay again.

Great Location

The condo was right across the street from the beach access walkway. The condo is well equipped for your stay. Cooler and beach equipment were available to use. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice. The balcony was great to sit on and relax.

EXCELLENT CONDO!!!

We loved everything about this condo! It is my new favorite in this particular building! The decor is beachy and beautiful! The condo had everything we needed down to the sand toys for the beach! Bill was super easy to work with and the whole booking process went smoothly. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely terrific! Bill and his staff are honest, accommodating and caring. The condo was appointed with everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. This rental helped to make our time in Marco phenomenal! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Location and host were great Just an FYI drainage of tub and toilet flush are slow. More than enough kitchen stuff, internet connection strong. And right across street from beach Host has tons of beach equient and towels. Glad we chose this condo.

Would definitely stay here again

We were in town for a wedding and this location put us in walking distance of where it was being held. It was also right across from public beach access which was nice for a walk (it was November). We arrived very late (or early) due to a flight delay but because of the code entry accessing the property was extremely easy and I was grateful for that. The inside was small but a perfect size for us and everything was clean as expected. We loved the little balcony and sat out there frequently. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Beach Condo!

I can’t say enough about the condo, grounds and surrounding beach community. We enjoyed the beach right across the street, and were able to walk to several bars and restaurants in the evenings. From booking to check in & throughout the end my stay, the experience here was terrific. The furnishings were clean, cozy and comfy. The owner was available to guide me & answer any questions which helped to make my vacation, relaxing and enjoyable. I did not want to leave & I can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Bill!
