Pristine & private, this walk-up, 2nd floor,1-bedroom condo is perched above the town’s most exclusive, fine dining restaurant. Nestled in the heart of Stone Harbor & surrounded by all of 96th Street’s magic, you can enjoy panoramic harbor views. Just a 3-block walk to the pristine beach, you can park & RELAX!

Ideal for couples, this bright & airy 550-square foot condo features an open-concept living space & complete cook's kitchen. A separate, bedroom with a NEW, premium Queen mattress for the 2025 season allows you to get your best night's sleep.

Amenities such as cable, 5G WIFI, and a dedicated workspace are some highlight. After a full day at the beach, enjoy a cocktail (or two) as you look onto the harbor & watch the sunset.

Two (2) beach tags and (2) beach chairs are also provided during your stay.

One (1) parking pass is provided for the parking lot next to the property.

It was a quick getaway, great location, decorated nicely, key pad entry was convenient with no need for keys, parking off season was good, in season might be an issue? Over all very nice. Max occupancy should probably be two (2)? with just a Queen bed and no sleeper sofa.

Cute, Clean and Comfortable.

Great location in the center of town! Clean, well-appointed and updated spaces with lovely touches (organic olive oil, teas, soaps and a bottle of sparkling cider to greet us!). It’s a comfortable space for 2 adults and a small child (if they don’t mind sleeping on the couch). We had our 13 year-old with us and it was perfect for us. The kitchen is new, very clean and functional. No dishwasher but that was ok as we weren’t cooking gourmet meals. The bathroom has a new vanity and finishes. It was clean and comfortable but only partially renovated. In summary, we enjoyed our stay in this cute, clean and comfortable apartment and would return again!

great location but noisy and inefficient air conditioning units

The location was great as you can walk to the SH shops and restaurants. And the unit was cute and clean. However, the air conditioning in the bedroom was so noisy and kicked on and off all night-needless to say we did not sleep well for our entire stay.The AC in the living area really didn’t cool things down as it was very hot outside and we were not not able to lower the blinds in that room to keep the sun out and the room cooler. Finally-the TV provided only internet channels, so couldn’t figure out how to watch watch any games. It was fine, but not the right accommodation for us.
