I was born and raised in Montana. I moved to Washington in 2000 and have lived, worked and raised my family in the area ever since. I am a mother of 3 children and wife of a now retired (self created real estate investor) IT professional who spent most of his career traveling all over the world. As a family, we spent a lot of time traveling just to get quality family time together. I was motivated by our travel experiences and my love of designing beautiful and functional spaces to become a host of short-term rentals! I started in 2016 learning how to start my own business and invest in real estate. By launching this career path, I developed the skills and strategies to get my business started. I found connecting with other entrepreneurs in the real estate field allowed me to move towards my goals at a much quicker pace than I would have done by myself. It has always been my goal that no matter whether a person is traveling for work, pleasure, or necessity, they get to enjoy their experience by staying in a place that promotes relaxation and comfort. I love to travel myself and see the world! The downtown Renton neighborhood that you will be staying at is generally quiet and very close (easily walkable or very short drive) to a variety of restraunts, shopping and even the transit station (bus transport). A Safeway and Fred Meyer grocery stores are within 5 minutes drive. Our place is close to SeaTac International Airport (only 12 minutes away) with easy access to I-405 and I-5 which are main artieral roads to Seattle and Bellevue and the Eastside. There is parking for 2 vehicles in front of the garagae (sorry not available for guest use) accessed from the alley. Street parking is available on a first come first serve basis and is free.

Cozy and quiet place with beds that my guests often describe as super comfortable with amenities like extra USB ports and plugins conveniently found through out the house. There is a King bed in the Master and 2 4K Smart Roku TVs with streaming Apps like Netflix, Hula and YouTube TV and more for your viewing pleasure. There is a metal outdoor dining table with 6 chairs outside that you can enjoy the outdoors when the weather allows. There is a portable a/c unit in the living room during the summer months and fans for the bedroom. I offer a Keurig Coffee Maker with a variety of Coffee, Tea, & Hot Cocoa. The sofa in the living room converts to a Queen sized bed and even the Ottoman converts to a small single bed best for children to have their own bed if needed. I know my kids prefer to have their own sleeping spot so we took that into account when we furnished our place.
