The Building is a Beachfront condo with the Best View of the Sunrise and Sunset in Rocky Point without even having to move your chair!! From the 2800 sq ft patio Diablo Del Sol Penthouse has no buildings or condos obstructing your view you can see miles of Sandy Beach, from the Malecon to Cholla Bay. Watch the amazing Rocky Point sunsets, or entertain friends on this spacious patio with plenty of seating. This Penthouse also has a built in BBQ and outdoor refrigerator for your use, no need to carry your food downstairs to grill.
Inside the condo, you can shoot billiards, play foosball or relax on any of the brand new furniture purchased in November 2022. Watch a movie on the 70" Samsung. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, a smart TV and a brand new memory foam king mattress.
