*ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
In preparation for your arrival, we would like to inform you that our Guest Customer Support team will be in touch with you two days prior to your scheduled check-in date. The purpose of this call is to obtain your credit card details, which we will use to pre-authorize your $500 refundable security deposit and there will be a $20 for the transfer fee.
This security deposit is a standard procedure in the hospitality industry and serves as a means to cover any incidental charges that may occur during your stay. Please rest assured that any pre-authorization on your card is a temporary hold and will not result in an actual charge, provided there are no outstanding incidentals at the end of your stay.
*IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES**
1) OCCUPANCY LIMIT: Occupants in the unit cannot exceed what is reflected in the booking.
2) AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary renter must be 21 years or older.
3) RESPECTFUL LIVING: Kindly be considerate of your neighbors, especially those with young children or in need of rest. Any guests found violating noise regulations will be asked to leave. Additionally, any form of violence, fighting, or domestic abuse will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
4) SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
5) PARTIES are NOT allowed.
6) PETS are NOT allowed.
7) LEFTOVERS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Properly dispose all your foodwaste to the garbage bag provided. Failure to do so may result in an additional charge of $50.
8) PROPER SINK/TOILET USAGE: Please refrain from disposing of any food/items in the sink/toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Utilize the provided waste receptacles for other materials. Any guest causing damage to the plumbing system will be responsible for repair costs.
9) LEAVE THE HOME HOW YOU RECEIVED IT. We ask that you treat this home with the same love and care as you would treat your own. Please note that moving of furniture is strictly prohibited.
10) KEEP THE DOORS CLOSED. It can get hot if you don't leave the doors closed, and the A/C has to work triple its time.
Reporting Issues: Should any maintenance or other problems arise, promptly inform us so that we can address the issue immediately.
Rules and Policies for Building Rights, Parking, Valet Service, and Deliveries:
Building Rights:
a. Building rights, including parking, deliveries, and access to amenities, are EXCLUSIVE to the tenants listed on the lease. Guests DO NOT have access to these privileges. b. To enjoy building rights, tenants must be on a lease agreement for a minimum of 30 days.
Parking Regulations:
a. Parking is NOT included in your booking, and any parking arrangements made with the valet on-site or adjacent parking garages are the sole responsibility of the guest.
b. Confidante Property Management and Hyde building management does NOT control parking rates and is not liable for the rates charged by the parking facilities or registration of your vehicle.
c. Only tenants on a lease agreement for a minimum of 30 days are allowed to park on the premises. (All guests wishing to proceed with parking must complete guest/tenant packet provided by our team)
d. Each unit is assigned a valet parking spot.
**Important Parking Information** MUST READ
Please note that the valet service is managed by a third-party entity and is not directly affiliated with Hyde or Confidante Property Management. To benefit from a discounted valet space during your stay, completion of our vehicle registration form is required. Coordination with the valet company upon your arrival is also necessary.
Kindly be advised that valet service fees are subject to change without prior notice. Parking arrangements are entirely at your discretion, and neither Hyde Management nor Confidante Property Management hold any responsibility in this matter.
In the event of non-registration with our office and the Valet Company in advance, the following valet fees will apply:
- Up to 1/2 Hour: $7
- 1/2 to 1 Hour: $12
- 1 to 2 Hours: $18
- 2 to 6 Hours: $25
- 6 to 24 Hours: $40
Additionally, there are registration-related charges:
- Registration Fee (transponder): $65 (to be paid by the owner)
- Option 1: Monthly Valet Parking: $195 (applicable if registered in advance, meeting our team, and coordinating with the valet upon arrival)
- Option 2: Self-Parking: $250 (subject to availability)
To obtain a transponder and parking pass upon arrival, parking fees must be submitted to the valet office during their business hours. These fees must be in the form of certified funds. Please note that neither Confidante Property Management nor Hyde Condominium can be held responsible for fees incurred by guests arriving after the valet office is closed, resulting in the inability to obtain a transponder.
Requirements for proceeding:
1. Complete the registration form/guest packet.
2. Obtain a certified money order as the valet does not accept cash or personal checks. Money orders can be obtained from banks; alternatively, Publix, which is a 5-minute drive away, offers this service.
Once you have the money order, proceed to the valet and submit the $195 Money Order. Steven/Constanza will then provide the Transponder for $65 and grant you access to park your car in the garage.
Valet service operates Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Valet Office Location: The valet office is situated outside the building, adjacent to the two main sliding doors at the front. It's positioned on the exterior, to the right-hand side of the main doors.
Please note: The $65 Transponder fee is covered by the owner.
Important points to consider:
- Rates are subject to change, and parking availability is not under our control as the valet operates as an independent entity.
- We highly recommend registering and completing the pack to benefit from the $195/monthly parking fee.
- Failure to register a car will result in a $40/night fee, and failure to register will nullify the $195 rate.
Deliveries:
a. Guests are only permitted to receive packages in the event of an emergency and must provide CPM with 48hr notice prior to delivery. All packages being sent to the unit in this case must be addressed to the owner, Diego Baruqui’s in order for the building to accept any packages for this unit. The owner will assist in collecting the package for the guest if he is available, provided that we receive a 24-48 hours advance notice to coordinate with the owner.
b. Food Deliveries: please be aware that when it comes to food deliveries, guests must personally meet the delivery driver. The Front Desk staff will not engage in any communication with guests, as they are not listed on the lease.
Compliance:
a. These policies are in place to ensure the safety and security of the individuals residing in the building.
b. Failure to adhere will result in cancellation of reservation.
